Ադրբեջանցիները ներխուժել էին Շուշիի չեզոք գոտի․ Ինչ հանգամանքներում է Արցախում նոյեմբերի 5-ին զոհվել ժամկետային Գոռ Մարտիրոսյանը
SOCIETYՕրերս Արցախի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն տարածեց, որ չպարզված հանգամանքներում զոհվել է ժամկետային զինծառայող Գոռ Մարտիրոսյանը՝ նշելով, որ դեպքի մանրամասները պարզելու համար կատարվում է քննություն:
Civic.am-ի հետ զրույցում Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Վարդան Թադևոսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Շուշիի «Նոյան Տապան» կոչվող նախկին հյուրանոցի մոտակայքում, և ժամկետային զինծառայող Գոռ Մարտիրոսյանը զոհվել է հակառակորդի կրակոցից․ «2 ընկերները դիրքից մի քիչ հեռացել են, որտեղ չհսկվող տարածք է՝ Շուշիի տակը, նախկին «Նոյան տապան» հյուրանոցի մոտակայքում։ Այնտեղ հակառակորդի կողմից շարժ են նկատել։ Գոռ Մարտիրոսյանի ընկերն առաջարկել է վերադառնալ դիրքեր, սակայն Գոռը հրաժարվել է։ Ընկերը հետ է վերադարձել դիրքեր, իսկ Գոռ Մարտիրոսյանը մնացել է»։
Վարդան Թադևոսյանը հավելեց, որ դեռևս հայտնի չէ, թե որ կողմն է առաջինը կրակել, բայց Գոռը մահացել է գլխին ստացած հարզենային վիրավորումից, մինչդեռ հակառակորդի կողմից զոհեր չեն եղել․ «Կամ բավական մոտ տարածությունից են կրակել Ադրբեջանի զինծառայողները, կամ դիպուկահարի կրակոցից է մահացել։ Ադրբեջանի զինծառայողները ներխուժել են այդ մշտական չեզոք տարածք, իրենց հայտնվելն այդտեղ անակնկալ էր, որովհետև Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ դիրքն այդ տարածքից բավական հեռու է և այդ դիրքից իրենք չեն իջնում»։
ՔԿ մամուլի խոսնակի հաղորդմամբ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքներով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել՝ ՔՕ 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ և 13-րդ կետերով, այսինքն՝ մի խումբ անձանց կամ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական ատելության կամ կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով կատարված սպանության հատկանիշներով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել դեկտեմբերի 5-ին ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում ՊԲ զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում։
