Ռուսաստանը ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ին կոչ է անում արագացնել փախստականների վերադարձը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանը ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի գրասենյակին կոչ է անում ակտիվացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ ներքին տեղահանվածների եւ փախստականների վերադարձի աշխատանքները: Երեքշաբթի, ըստ «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի, այս մասին կազմակերպության Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում ասել է ՄԱԿ-ում Ռուսաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Գենադի Կուզմինը։
«Մենք շահագրգռված ենք ակտիվացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ հարակից շրջանների տարածք ներքին տեղահանվածների եւ փախստականների վերադարձի հետ կապված ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ի աշխատանքը, ինչպես նախատեսված է հրադադարի եւ հակամարտության գոտում բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ»,- ասել է Կուզմինը։
Ինչպես նշել է դիվանագետը, ռուսական կողմը ելնում է նրանից, որ խոսքը կարող է վերաբերել ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ի կողմից ապաքաղաքականացված հիմունքներով համալիր օգնությանը՝ շեշտը դնելով առաջադրանքների զուտ մարդասիրական բնույթի վրա։
«Մենք կոչ ենք անում ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ին շարունակել երկխոսությունը Երեւանի եւ Բաքվի հետ՝ տարածաշրջանում մարդասիրական հասանելիություն ձեռք բերելու համար»,- ընդգծել է նա։
