ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի խոսնակ Ծովինար Խաչատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Ի պատասխան Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի, ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայ գերիների շահերի պաշտպան, իրավապաշտպաններ՝ Սիրանուշ Սահակյանի և Արտակ Զեյնալյանի տարածած հայտարարության՝ նշեմ, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի վերաբերյալ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին տարածած գաղտի նկարահանած տեսանյութը տարընթերցումների ևս մեկ առիթ է տվել:
Մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը երբեք կասկածի տակ չի դրել ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և իրավապաշտպանների կողմից 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 9-ի «Ադրբեջանի պատասխանատվությունը հայ գերիներին խոշտանգելու և անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի ենթարկելու համար» արտահերթ հրապարակային զեկույցը:
Երեկ տարածված տեսանյութում երիտասարդը հետաքրքրվում է Ալեն Սիմոնյանի կողմից սեպտեմբերի 14-ի ՀՀ ԱԺ հերթական նիստի ընթացքում պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանին ուղղված ռեպլիկից և Սիմոնյանն էլ պատասխանում է հենց դրան:
«Հարց. Նման բաների մասին չենք խոսում, ճիշտ կասե՞ր ուզում եք ասել, որ էդ ինքը (նկատի է առնվում Աննա Մկրտչյանին) հնարել էր, թե Արման Թաթոյանն էր հնարել …
Ալեն Սիմոնյան- Չէ, չէ, չէ, Արման Թաթոյանը չէր հնարել, բայց էն ինչ որ ինքը (նկատի է առնվում պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանին) արեց, ոչ դա պետք չէր անել, որովհետև ես ստեղ կարող եմ ասել, որ մարդիկ կտտանքների են ենթարկվում, բայց էդ տղաները պետքա 40 օր հետո օրինակ հետ վերադառնային և ամբողջ ազգով ասել՝ գիտես ինչ իրեն բռնաբարել են և իրեն ստորացրել են հայ հասարակության մեջ էդ թեման պետքա… չեք նկարում չէ… պետքա ասես, որ չի կարելի վեր կենալ, ինքը (նկատի է առնվում Աննա Մկրտչյանին) նստել նկարագրում ա մանրամասն հայ տղամարդուն ոնց են ստորացնում, ինչու ա ինքը (նկատի է առնվում Աննա Մկրտչյանին) դա անում: Մենք գալիս ենք, ասում ենք կտտանքների են ենթարկվում, սպանում են, տանջում են, գնում ենք միջազգայինների հետ կռիվ ենք տալիս, ասում ենք հետ բերեք: Դա չի քննարկվում...»։
Առնվազն անհնասկանալի է, թե ինչու են ՄԻՊ-ն ու իրավապաշտպանները տվյալ խոսակցությունը վերագրում իրենց կամ զեկույցին, որում ներկայացված փաստերը, կրկնեմ, ԱԺ նախագահի կողմից երբևէ չի դրվել կասկածի տակ։
Հիշեցնեմ նաև, որ 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 9-ի ԱԺ նիստից հետո «Aysor.am» կայքի լրագրողի հարցին, թե ում էր ուղղված Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հնչեցրած ռեպլիկը, ՄԻՊ-ի խոսնակը համամիտ է եղել իմ մեկնաբանությանը, որ ռեպլիկն առնչվել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանի ելույթին, ոչ թե ՄԻՊ-ի զեկույցում ներկայացված փաստերին:
Այնուամենայնիվ շնորհակալություն ՄԻՊ-ին և իրավապաշտպաններին համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ առանց անձի գիտակցված համաձայնության նրա մասնավոր հարաբերությունները, երկխոսությունը տեսաձայնագրելն ու դա տարածելն անթույլատրելի համարելու համար»:
