Վրաստանը ներկայացված չի լինի «3+3» ձևաչափի հանդիպմանը, որը կկայանա վաղը Մոսկվայում։ Այս մասին ekhokavkaza.com-ին հայտնել են Վրաստանի ԱԳՆ-ից։

«Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ հստակ դիրքորոշում է ֆիքսել տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության «3+3» նախաձեռնության վերաբերյալ, այդ թվում՝ ԱԳ նախարարն այս մասին խոսել է խորհրդարանական վերջին լսումների ժամանակ։ Մենք չենք դիտարկում այս ձևաչափին մասնակցությունը, համապատասխանաբար, Վրաստանը ներկայացված չի լինի այս տարվա դեկտեմբերի 10-ին նախատեսված հանդիպմանը»,-ասել են Վրաստանի նախարարությունից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «3+3» ձևաչափով համագործակցության հարթակի առաջին հանդիպումը՝ նվիրված Հարավային Կովկասում «խաղաղության և կայունության ապահովման» հարցերին, տեղի կունենա փոխարտգործնախարարների մակարդակով և կանցկացվի դեկտեմբերի 10-ին Մոսկվայում: Այս մասին հայտնել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն:

«Տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության հարթակի առաջին հանդիպումը «3+3» ձևաչափով, որն առաջարկել են մեր նախագաը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ Հարավային Կովկասում կայուն խաղաղություն և կայունություն ապահովելու համար, տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 10-ին  Մոսկվայում:

Հանդիպմանը, որին կմասնակցեն Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի փոխարտգործնախարարները, մեր երկիրը կներկայացնի փոխարտգործնախարար Սեդաթ Օնալի գլխավորությամբ պատվիրակությունը»,-հայտնել են Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ից:

Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ղեկավարներ Իլհամ Ալիևը և Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հանդես էին եկել համագործակցության և Անդրկովկասում տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման հարցով վեցակողմ ձևաչափի առաջարկով։ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը ողջունել են այս գաղափարը, Վրաստանը հայտարարել է, որ չի ծրագրում մասնակցել այս տարածաշրջանային նախաձեռնությանը, բայց Բաքվին և Երևանին առաջարկում է բանակցությունների իր ձևաչափը՝ խաղաղությունը պահպանելու համար։
