Առեղծվածային դեպք՝ Շիրակի մարզում. 40-ամյա տղամարդու մահվան կասկածանքով 28-ամյա երիտասարդ է ձերբակալվել

Դեկտեմբերի 7-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում շտապօգնության կայանից ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Մուշ 2 թաղամասի 3-րդ շենքի բնակարաններից մեկը, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են նույն տան բնակիչ՝ 40-ամյա Հրաչյա Հ-ի դին, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը։ 

Նշված հասցե ժամանած ոստիկաններին բժիշկները հայտնել են, որ Հրաչյա Հ-ն հանկարծամահ է եղել։ 

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ դիակի արտաքին զննությամբ նրա ձախ աչքի շրջանոմ կապտուկ և քերծվածքներ են հայտնաբերվել, ինչի վերաբերյալ նրա մտերիմը հայտնել է, որ նա նշված վնասվածքը ստացել է մահանալուց օրեր առաջ վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով։ 

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հաջորդ օրը պարզվել է, որ Գյումրիի բնակիչներից Ա. Ղ-ի բնակարանում վերջինիս ներկայությամբ դեկտեմբերի 5-ի երեկոյան ոչ սթափ վիճակում Հրաչյա Հ-ի և նրա ծանոթ՝ Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ, 28-ամյա Վաչագան Մ-ի միջև տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ վերջինս բռունցքներով հարվածել է Հրաչյա Հ-ին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ 

Դեպքին հաջորդող օրերին վերջինիս առողջական վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել է, իսկ արդեն դեկտեմբերի 7-ին չի կարողացել ինքնուրույն պառկած տեղից վեր կենալ, քայլել, տեղաշարժվել, իսկ հետո մահացել է։ 

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ մահը վրա է հասել գլխի շրջանում ստացած վնասվածքի հետևանքով։

Արդեն դեկտեմբերի 8-ին ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնում ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և դրա շրջանակներում այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, Վաչագան Մ-ն որպես կասկածյալ, ձերբակալվում է։ 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ նա տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։ Հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դիակի դատաբժշկական։ 

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ հարուցված քրեական գործը փոխանցվելու է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
