Եվրասիական փորձագիտական ակումբի ներկայացուցիչները պատրաստակամ են մասնակցել Հայաստանի բաշխիչ ցանցերի աուդիտին: Լրագրողների հետ հունիսի 27-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Արամ Սաֆարյանը: «Մենք ըմբռնումով ենք մոտեցել հունիսի 26-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի ռուսական կողմի նախագահ, ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարար Մաքսիմ Սոկոլովի պայմանավորվածությունը միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի հովանու ներքո «ԻՆՏԵՐ ՌԱՕ ԵԷՍ» ընկերության դուստր ձեռնարկության՝ Հայաստանի բաշխիչ ցանցերի գործունեության մանրազնին աուդիտի անցկացնելու որոշումը: Մենք համոզված ենք, որ այդ գործընթացում պետք է ներգրավեն ինչպես փորձագիտական հանրության, այնպես էլ քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի ներկայացուցիչներին' այդ ամենն իրականացնելով հնարավորինս բաց և թափանցիկ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' նշեց նա' հավելելով, որ եթե մեր հանրությունը և ՀՀ իշխանություններն անհրաժեշտ համարեն, ապա Եվրասիական փորձագիտական ակումբը պատրաստ է տրամադրել ներուժ՝ վերը նշված գործընթացին մասնակցելու համար:
Նա նկատեց, որ ներկայումս աշխարհում առաջացել է արտակարգ լարված իրավիճակ: «Վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցող Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի բախումը լուրջ սպառնալիք է դարձել այնպիսի արժեքների համար ինչպիսիք են ընտանիքը, հայրենասիրությունը, հայրենիքի հանդեպ սերը, երեխաների դաստիարակությունը: Առաջիկայում այս իրավիճակը խորանալու միտում ունի, քանի որ Ռուսաստանն ընկալում է Արևմուտքի գործողություններն իբրև սպառնալիք և այս պարագայում Հայաստանը պետք է շատ զգոն լինի»,-շեշտեց Արամ Սաֆարյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ներկա դրությամբ Հայաստանում բացակայում են հակառուսական տրամադրություններ: «Ես համոզված եմ, որ ի սկզբանե նման տրամադրություններ սերմանելու բոլոր փորձերը դատապարտված են անհաջողության»,- նշեց Սաֆարյանը:
Իր հերթին տնտեսագետ Աշոտ Թավադյանը նկատեց, որ ՀԷՑ-ի մանրազնին աուդիտին պետք է մասնակցեն նաև Ռուսաստանի հաշվիչ պալատի և Հայաստանի վերահսկիչ պալատի ներկայացուցիչները: «Հայաստանի բաշխիչ ցանցերում աուդիտ անցկացնելու որոշումը ողջունելի է, սակայն ես կարծում եմ, որ թափանցիկ աուդիտի անցկացման ընթացքում (մոտ երեք ամիս) ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը 6.93 դրամով բարձրացնելու որոշումը պետք է կասեցվի»,- պարզաբանեց նա:
