Կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու դեպքերն այս տարի նվազել են

 Ընթացիկ տարում  Հայ-ամերիկյան առողջության  կենտրոնում կրծքագեղձի  18 հազար 947 սոնոգրաֆիական եւ մամոգրաֆիական հետազոտություն է իրականացվել, ինչի արդյունքում շուրջ  512 քաղցկեղի դեպք է հայտնաբերվել: Այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է Հայ-ամերիկյան առողջության կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Խաչանուշ Հակոբյանը: ;Հիվանդներից 189-ը, որոնց մոտ քաղցկեղ են հայտնաբերել, չեն էլ կասկածել, որ քաղցկեղ ունեն: Եթե նրանք չգային մեր կենտրոն ստուգման, ապա մեկ-երկու տարի հետո կունենային անլուծելի խնդիրներ, ինչը շատ տխուր ելք կունենար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հակոբյանը:  

Նրա խոսքով՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ  կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի դեպքերն այս տարի ավելի պակաս են եղել, քան անցած տարի:  Մասնագետի կարծիքով, դա կապված է այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ կանայք ավելի լավ են տեղեկացված եւ ավելի շատ գիտելիքներ ունեն կանխարգելման մասին: Դրա շնորհիվ գնալով ավելի շատ կանայք են բժշկի մոտ գալիս առանց որեւէ ախտանիշի կամ բողոքի, նրանց մոտ ախտորոշվում եւ բուժվում են նախաքաղցկեղային հիվանդությունները` թույլ չտալով, որ դրանք քաղցկեղի վերածվեն:  «Եթե անցյալում հիվանդանոցի ամեն 14-16-րդ այցելուի մոտ քաղցկեղ էր ախտորոշվում, ապա այսօր այդ հիվանդությունը հայտնաբերվում է ամեն 37-րդ հիվանդի մոտ»,- հավելեց Հակոբյանը:

Նա նշեց նաև, որ հիվանդների ընդամենը  20 տոկոսի մոտ է, որ ընդհանրապես ոչ մի խնդիր չի ախտորոշվում. մնացած բոլորի մոտ կան այս կամ այն խնդիրներ, որոնք ուշադրության կարիք ունեն եւ հետագայում կարող են բարդացումների հանգեցնել, եթե չբուժվեն: 

Կենտրոնում կատարված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի 21 դեպք, ձվարանների քաղցկեղի 8 դեպք, արգանդի լորձաթաղանթի քաղցկեղի 9 դեպք եւ արգանդի պարանոցի նախաքաղցկեղային  հիդանդության 31 դեպք: «Այս նախաքաղցկեղային հիվանդությունն ընդհանրապես շատ հեշտ է բուժել և վերացնել բոլոր հետևանքները: Եթե այդ  31 կանայք չգային հետազոտվելու, շատ լուրջ խնդիրներ կունենային»,- հավելեց Խաչանուշ Հակոբյանը:

Հայ-ամերիկյան առողջության կենտրոնը 2015թ. ընթացքում 18 արտագնա այց է կատարել ու անվճար հետազոտել 1240 այցելուի: Կենտրոնի հիմնադրման առաջին օրվանից տարածքային այցերի ընթացքում անվճար 40 հազար մարդ է հետազոտվել, կատարվել են վահանաձև գեղձի, կրծքագեղձի հետազոտություններ և արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման ծրագիր:
