Այս մասին ասել է նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը «Russia1» հեռուստաալիքով ցուցադրվող «Ռուսաստան. նորագույն պատմություն» ֆիլմի ժամանակ, փոխանցում է Հայկական ժամանակը:
«Մենք մոտավոր հավասարություն ենք պահպանում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ թե՛ զրահափոխադրիչ մեքենաների, թե՛ մարտագլխիկների քանակի առումով, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, մեր նոր սպառազինությունների առումով մենք, անկասկած, առաջատարն ենք։ Սա առաջին բանն է։ Այս առումով, կարելի է ասել վստահությամբ, որ մենք այժմ թիվ մեկն ենք աշխարհում»,- ասել է Պուտինը։
Նա հավելել է, ր Ռուսաստանն այժմ աշխարհում միակ երկիրն է, որն ունի հիպերձայնային հրթիռներ զգոնության կամ բարձր պատրաստության վիճակում:
Զինված ուժերում մարտական հերթապահություն է իրականացնում հիպերձայնային հրթիռով «Dagger» ավիահամալիրը, պետական փորձարկումներ են անցնում «Զիրկոն» հիպերձայնային հրթիռը, իսկ «Ավանգարդ» հիպերձայնային սահող ստորաբաժանման ռազմավարական հրթիռները զգոնության են։
