INTERNATIONAL NEWS«3+3» ձեւաչափը պետք է դրական ազդի տարածաշրջանի երկրների հարաբերությունների վրա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 13-ին, Երեւանում «Նոր սերունդ-2021» ֆորումի շրջանակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը։
Այսպես, Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի եւ Իրանի դիվանագետները դեկտեմբերի 10-ին Մոսկվայում «3+3» ձեւաչափով հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկել են համագործակցության եւ տարածաշրջանում ընդհանուր սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու հեռանկարները։ Նրանք նաեւ հետաքրքրություն են հայտնել աշխատանքին Վրաստանի ներգրավման հարցում, սակայն վերջինս հրաժարվել է։
Դեսպանի խոսքով՝ սա հնարավորություն է՝ քննարկելու բոլորին հետաքրքրող հարցերը։ «Մենք տեսնում ենք այս ձեւաչափի հավելյալ արժեքը, որն է՝ երկխոսության, հետաքրքրող հարցերի շուրջ կարծիքների փոխանակման հնարավորություն ընձեռնելը։Այս ձեւաչափը պետք է դրական ազդի տարածաշրջանի երկրների հարաբերությունների վրա»,-ընդգծեց դեսպանը։
Հարցին, թե արդյոք դա կարող է ազդել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վրա, Կոպիրկինը պատասխանեց, որ դա ուղղություններից մեկն է եւ՛ Ռուսաստանի, եւ՛ Հայաստանի համար։ «Սա հարթակ է փոխգործակցության եւ համագործակցության համար»,-եզրափակեց դիվանագետը։
