Արարատի մարզում 49-ամյա վարորդը վրաերթի է ենթարկել 7-ամյա երեխային
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին, վրաերթ-ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 15։10-ի սահմաններում ՎԱԶ 2121 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Նորաշեն գյուղից Դվին գյուղ տանող ավտոճանապարհի՝ Դվին գյուղի վարչական տարածքում դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, ապա վչաերթի է ենթարկել մայթին կանգնած նույն գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 7-ամյա Նարեկ Խ-ին, այնուհետև բախվել գազի խողովակատարի երկաթյա հենասյանը, կոտրել այն, առաջ ընթացել և հայտնվել Ներքին Դվին գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 84-ամյա Գոհար Հովսեփյանին պատկանող տան բակում գտնվող ջերմոցին, պատճառել նյութական վնաս և կողաշրջվել։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երեխան ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Արտաշատ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկների կողմից նախ տեղում բուժօգնություն է ստացել, ապա տեղափոխվել Երևանի «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Վարորդը դեպքի վայրից հեռացել է։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի տեսուչներ Արման Բագրատյանն ու Մանուկ Հակոբյանը։ Տեղում հետաքննական աշխատանքները ղեկավարել է նույն վաշտի ավագ հետաքննիչ Հայկ Մեծոյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։
Մինչ հետաքննիչը դեպքի վայրի զննություն էր կատարում, ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին է ինքնակամ ներկայացել Նորաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 49-ամյա Արմեն Չոբանյանը, ով հայտնել է, որ վարորդը ինքն է։ Նա ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության. պարզվել է, որ եղել է ոչ սթափ (խմած) վիճակում։ Հետաքննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան քարշակի օգնությամբ դուրս բերվեց և տեղափոխվեց ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
