Ինչպես գիտենք, վերջին մի քանի օրերին, ցուցարարները ոչ միայն դրսևորում են աննախադեպ կազմակերպվածություն, այլև պահպանում են սանիտարական վիճակը: Ինչը, որ հասնում է ցուցարարներից, անում են, ամեն առավոտ օրը սկսվում է մաքրությունից:

Սակայն երեկ առաջ եկավ նոր խնդիր. աղբահանություն: Երկար ժամանակ Սանիտեկը չէր պատասխանում ցուցարարների կանչերին, սակայն երբ աղբը «հասավ ոստիկաններին», աղբահանությունը անհանգստացրեց համապատասխան մարմիններին:

Past.am-ը զրուցեց նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Միհր Ավագյանի հետ, ով ներկայացրեց աղբահանության խնդրի լուծման երկարատև պրոցեսը:

-Այսօր իրենք եկան, ասացին, որ եթե անվտանգությունը պահենք պատշաճ մակարդակի վրա, իրենք ամեն օր կգան, կմաքրեն:

Երեկ 10:00-ից սկսած, զանգեցինք Սանիտեկ 80-90 համարին, սկզբում ասացին, որ տեղյակ են, բայց չեն խոստանում, որ կգան այսօր և աղբը կտանեն: Դիմեցինք քաղաքապետարան, քաղաքապետարանից ասացին, որ ասել են Սանիտեկին, որ գա, մաքրի: Սակայն Սանիտեկը էդպես էլ չէր գալիս:

Զանգահարեցինք ՄԻՊ, ասացինք, որ քաղաքապետարանը չի արձագանքում մեր խնդրին: Հետո աղբը իջեցրեցինք Մոսկովյան-Բաղրամյան խաչմերուկ, ՃՈ մեքենաների մոտ, դրանից 15 րոպե անց Սանիտեկն եկավ, աղբը հավաքեց:

Մինչ այդ, կասկադում քաղաքացիները Սանիտեկի մեքենա էին կանգնեցրել ու ասել էին, որ մտնի Բաղրամյան, վարորդը ասել էր, որ տնօրինությունը թույլ չի տալիս մտնել Բաղրամյան:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ ջրցանների տակ չկոտրված ժողովրդին «հաղթելու» համար ավելի լավ տարբերակ չկա, քան ասենք, աղբ չտանելը: Եվ հետաքրքիր է նաև այն, որ փաստորեն ոստիկանի ու ցուցարարի մեջ ինչ որ կենսաբանական տարբերություններ կան: Ցուցարարի իմունիտետը աղբադիմացկուն է, ոստիկանինը՝ ոչ: Այլապես, ուրիշ ի՞նչ բացատրություն կարելի է տալ այս վիճակին:
