INTERNATIONAL NEWS«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացման մասին կետը նախատեսված է եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ: Սա պարտավորություն է Հայաստանի համար։ «Զանգեզուրի» և Լաչինի միջանցքներում մուտքի ռեժիմները պետք է լինեն նման: Այս մասին Բրյուսելում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգի հետ հանդիպումից հետո կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։
««Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» իրավական ռեժիմը պետք է լինի նույնը, ինչ Լաչինի միջանցքում է»,- ասել է պետության ղեկավարը։
Նա նշել է, թե եռակողմ հայտարարություններում ասվում է, որ Բաքուն ապահովում է անվտանգություն և մուտք դեպի Լաչինի միջանցք: Ի պատասխան՝ Երեւանը պետք է ապահովի նույն անխոչընդոտ մուտքը դեպի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք»։
«Լաչինի միջանցքում մաքսակետեր չկան։ Ըստ այդմ՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքում» մաքսակետեր չպետք է լինեն։ Եթե Հայաստանը ցանկանում է վերահսկել ապրանքներն ու մարդկանց, մենք Լաչինի միջանցքում մաքսակետ կբացենք», - հավելել է նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։
Նա նաև զեկուցել է երկաթուղային հաղորդակցության և Հայաստանով Ադրբեջանից Նախիջևան տանող ավտոմայրուղու կառուցման շուրջ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության մասին։
