Ոսկեպար տանող գլխավոր մայրուղու երեք հատված հայտնվելու է Ադրբեջանի սահմանին. Այլընտրանքային 12 կմ-անոց ճանապարհ է կառուցվելու

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սպասվող սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքների հետևանքով Տավուշում նոր շրջանցող ճանապարհներ են կառուցվելու։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները նախապատրաստվում են Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպար տանող, ինչպես նաեւ գյուղի մոտով անցնող Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհի մի քանի հատվածին այլընտրանքային ճանապարհներ կառուցել։ Նոր ճանապարհը մի քանի գյուղեր կապելու է Բաղանիսին։
Մ 16 մայրուղին, ըստ Google քարտեզի, մի քանի հատվածից հատում է Ադրբեջանի սահմանը, իսկ քանի որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Google քարտեզով են սահման գծում, նախնական որոշում կա կառուցել մոտ 12 կմ-անոց նոր ճանապարհ։
Ըստ քարտեզի՝ մոտ երեք հատվածում մայրուղին հատելու է Ադրբեջանի հետ նոր ենթադրյալ սահմանը։ Դրանցից մեկը Ծաղկավան-Կիրանց ճանապարհն է, որը շրջանցելու համար անտառների միջով նոր ճանապարհ պետք է կառուցվի 5-6 կմ երկարությամբ ։
Կիրանց գյուղից դեպի Ոսկեպար տանող ճանապարհի մի հատվածը ևս հայտնվում է սահմանին, ուստի նպատակ կա նոր ճանապարհով շրջանցել այդ հատվածը։ Ստացվում է, ճանապարհի երկրորդ հատվածը Կիրանց-Ոսկեպարն է, որի երկարությունը, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ 3 կմ է լինելու։
Երրորդ ճանապարհն էլ Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիսն է։ Ոսկեպարը շրջանցող նոր ճանապարհ չի լինելու, փոխարենը, վերանորոգվելու է գյուղի միջով անցնող ճանապարհը, որը ժամանակին կառուցվել էր՝ շրջանցելու վտանգավոր գոտիները։ Վերանորոգվող այս ճանապարհը կապելու է գյուղը Բաղանիսի հետ ու լինելու է մոտ 3 կմ։
Չնայած այս պահին հստակ հաստատված նախագիծ ու կառավարության որոշում չկա, սակայն արդեն կապալառու կազմակերպության որոնումների մեջ։
Նախնական քննարկումների համաձայն՝ այլընտրանքային նոր ճանապարհի շինարարությունը սկսվելու է Ծաղկավանից ու անցնելու է Կիրանցով, Ոսկեպարով՝ հասնելու է դեպի Բաղանիս։
Ոսկեպարը կմնա որպես սահմանամերձ գյուղ, որոշակի տարածքային զիջումներով։ Եթե հավատանք քարտեզին, ապա գլխավոր մայրուղու հատվածը, որը անցնում է Ոսկեպարի մոտով, ամբողջովին անցնելու է Ադրբեջանին, նաև հարակից որոշ տարածություն ևս կհայտնվի սահմանից այն կողմ։
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ դեռևս օգոստոսից, Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպար համայնքում ռուս զինվորականներն ուղեկալ են տեղադրել ։
Ըստ տեղեկությունների, ճանապարհը, որտեղ կանգնած են խաղաղապահները, համարվելու է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահման։
Նշենք, որ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհների շինարարական աշխատանքները դեռ չեն սկսվել։ Ծաղկավան-Կիրանց, Կիրանց-Ոսկեպար հատվածների նոր ճանապարհները անցնելու են անտառներով, որտեղ մշակումներ է արվելու, անցնելու են ստուգումներ ու միայն վերջնական որոշումից հետո կսկսվեն շինարարությունները։ Շրջանցող ճանապարհը մոտ 11-12 կմ է լինելու, իսկ աշխատանքները հավանաբար սկսվելու են հաջորդ տարվա սկզբից։
