Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարաների միջև հաստատվել է ուղիղ կապ

Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարների միջև ուղիղ կապ է հաստատվել, այս մասին հայտարարել է Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը։
ԵԽ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել երկու ղեկավարների ձեռնարկած քայլերը՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին վերջին զինված բախումներից հետո լարվածության թուլացումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
«Կողմերն ընդունել են, որ երկու երկրների պաշտպանության նախարարների միջև հաջողությամբ հաստատվել է ուղիղ կապ՝ նախագահ Միշելի աջակցությամբ։ Այս մեխանիզմը կարող է ծառայել ապագա միջադեպերի կանխարգելմանն ու դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ լարվածության թուլացման հարցում»,- նշված է ԵԽ նախագահի՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպման արդյունքներով տարածված հայտարարությունում։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Բրյուսելում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի եռակողմ հանդիպումը։
Քննարկվել են 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի, ինչպես նաև նոյեմբերի 26-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունների կատարման ընթացքը:
Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է վերը նշված հայտարարությունների լիարժեք կյանքի կոչումը, մասնավորապես, ընդգծելով հումանիտար խնդիրների անհապաղ լուծման անհրաժեշտությունը` ռազմագերիների, պատանդների և պահվող այլ քաղաքացիական անձանց վերադարձի ապահովումը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել տարածաշրջանային կումունիկացիաների բացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներին:
ՀՀ վարչապետը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահը վերահաստատել են երկաթուղու վերագործարկման պայմանավորվածությունը։ Ըստ այդմ՝ երկաթուղին կգործի սահմանային և մաքսային միջազգայնորեն ընդունված կանոնների համաձայն՝ փոխադարձության սկզբունքով, երկրների ինքնիշխանության ու իրավազորության ներքո։ Հայաստանը երկաթուղով հասանելիություն կստանա դեպի Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն։
Կարևորվել է տարածաշրջանում լարվածության նվազեցման ուղղությամբ կոնկրետ քայլերի ձեռնարկումը։
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև դեմարկացիայի և դելիմիտացիայի իրականացման, ինչպես նաև փոխվստահության հաստատմանը միտված հնարավոր քայլերին։
Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել շփումները։
