2022 թ․ հունվարի 1-ից ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքներում կենսաթոշակները կվճարվեն անկանխիկ եղանակով
SOCIETY2022թ․ հունվարի 1-ից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր քաղաքներում կենսաթոշակներն ու ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստները, խնամքի նպաստը կվճարվեն բացառապես անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ բանկի կամ Ազգային օպերատորի (ՀայՓոստի) միջոցով:
Անկանխիկ վճարումների անցումն առաջին փուլով արդեն տեղի է ունեցել 2021 թվականին, ըստ որի՝ 2021թ. հուլիսի 1-ից Երևան, Գյումրի, Վանաձոր քաղաքներում նշված վճարատեսակները սկսեցին վճարվել անկանխիկ եղանակով։ Վճարող կազմակերպությունն ընտրելու համար կենսաթոշակառուներն ու նպաստառուները պետք է դիմեն Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության ցանկացած տարածքային կենտրոն։
Երևան, Գյումրի, Վանաձոր քաղաքներից բացի, մյուս քաղաքների կենսաթոշակառուներն ու նպաստառուները, վճարող կազմակերպությունն ընտրելու համար 2021թ․ դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում պետք է անձամբ դիմում ներկայացնեն Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության ցանկացած տարածքային կենտրոն։
Այն կենսաթոշակառուներն, ովքեր կընտրեն Ազգային օպերատորին (ՀայՓոստ), մինչև ՄՍԾ դիմելը պետք է արդեն ունենան Էլեկտրոնային փողի հաշվառման հաշվի բացման և համալրման պայմանագիր՝ կնքված Հայփոստի հետ, և դիմումի հետ միասին ներկայացնեն նաև պայմանագիր կնքելու մասին Հայփոստի տված տեղեկանքը։
Անկանխիկի անցման դրույթը վերաբերվում է մինչև 75 տարեկան, ինչպես նաև 1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն չունեցող անձանց։
75 տարին լրացած կենսաթոշակառուները և 1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք 2021թ․ դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում վճարման եղանակ ընտրելու, ինչպես նաև Հայփոստի հետ Էլեկտրոնային փողի հաշվառման հաշվի բացման և համալրման պայմանագիր կնքելու պարտավորություն չունեն։
Բանկի կամ Հայփոստի հետ պայմանագիր կնքած՝ քաղաքային բնակավայրերում հաշվառված կենսաթոշակառուների կենսաթոշակը փոխանցվում է բանկային քարտերին կամ էլեկտրոնային փողի հաշվառման հաշիվներին։
Քարտային և էլեկտրոնային հաշիվներին առկա միջոցները կարող են օգտագործվել անկանխիկ վճարման տեխնիկական միջոցներով վճարումներ կատարելու, բանկի կամ Հայփոստի սպասարկման կենտրոններում (մասնաճյուղերում) հաշվից գանձելու, ինչպես նաև կանխիկացվել ավտոմատ գանձման մեքենաների և կանխիկացման սարքերի միջոցով։
Կենսաթոշակառուի ցանկությամբ կամ պատվերով իր բնակության վայրում կանխիկացման ծառայություն մատուցելու համար Հայփոստը կանխիկացման գործարքները կատարում է որպես լրացուցիչ ծառայություն, ինչի համար կենսաթոշակառուն վճարում է՝ կազմակերպության և կենսաթոշակառուի միջև կնքված պայմանագրով սակագին նախատեսված լինելու դեպքում։
Այն կենսաթոշակառուները, ովքեր պետք է ընտրեն վճարող կազմակերպություն, սակայն դեկտեմբերին չեն դիմի ՄՍԾ, 2022 թվականի հունվար ամսվա իրենց կենսաթոշակը կստանան ծրագրային մոդուլի կողմից պատահականորեն ընտրված բանկի կամ Ազգային օպերատորի (ՀայՓոստի) միջոցով։
Այս դեպքում, ինչպես նաև ցանկացած այլ դեպքում բանկ կամ Ազգային օպերատոր (ՀայՓոստ) ընտրելուց հետո կենսաթոշակառուները կարող են դիմել ՄՍԾ և փոխել վճարող կազմակերպությունը։
