Հայաստանին կարողացանք համոզել, որ դա անխուսափելի է, և նրանք համաձայն են. Ալիևը՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացման մասին
POLITICSԱդրբեջանին հաջողվել է Հայաստանին համոզել ճանապարհ (Հայաստանով դեպի Նախիջևան) բացելու անխուսափելիության հարցում: Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանը դեմ էր մայրուղու բացմանը, բայց մենք կարողացանք համոզել, որ դա անխուսափելի է, և նրանք համաձայն են: Նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն իսպանական El Pais-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
«Այսպիսով, կա համաձայնեցվածություն: Այժմ մենք քննարկում ենք այդ միջանցքների իրավական ռեժիմը, մասնավորապես՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am), որն Ադրբեջանից անցնում է Հայաստան, իսկ հետո՝ Ադրբեջանի Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետություն։ Մենք դեռ որոշ չլուծված խնդիրներ ունենք»,- ընդգծել է Ալիևը։
Այնուամենայնիվ, ըստ նրա, երկու երկրներն էլ ընդունում են այն փաստը, որ միջանցքի բացումը պետք է տեղի ունենա։
«Կարծում եմ, երկու երկրներն էլ համաձայն են, որ դա պետք է տեղի ունենա, և, ի դեպ, նախագահ Պուտինի նախաձեռնությամբ անցյալ ամիս Սոչիում կայացած եռակողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ մենք հռչակագիր ընդունեցինք, որտեղ բացահայտ խոսվում էր հաղորդակցությունների բացման մասին։ Եվ այդպես էլ կլինի։ Ի դեպ, օդային տարածքն արդեն ակտիվացել է։ Այժմ «Ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիների» ինքնաթիռները, որոնք իրականացնում են Բաքու-Նախիջևան չվերթը, սկսել են անցնել Հայաստանի օդային տարածքով»,- ասել է Ալիևը։
Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Բաքուն ցանկանում է բացել սահմանները Երևանի հետ։
«Այո, մենք ցանկանում ենք բացել սահմանները։ Մինչ օրս մի քանի բանակցություններ են անցկացվել եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակում՝ Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետների գլխավորությամբ։ Այս աշխատանքային խմբի հիմնական նպատակն ու խնդիրը հաղորդակցությունների բացումն է։ Բանակցությունների մի քանի փուլեր համեմատաբար հաջող են անցել։ Այժմ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև երկաթուղային հաղորդակցության բացման վերաբերյալ լիարժեք պայմանավորվածություն կա, և մենք «ազատագրված» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) շրջաններում սկսել ենք քանդված երկաթգծի կառուցումը դեպի Հայաստանի հետ սահման»,- ասել է նա։
