«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Օրերս խորհրդարանական «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը հայտարարեց, որ բոյկոտում է բոլոր տեսակի միջազային գործուղումները։ Ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունն այդ քայլն իրենց պատգամավորի նկատմամբ իշխանության կողմից տարվող քաղաքական հետապնդմամբ է բացատրում։

«Բայց միջազգային կառույցից նեղանալն ի՞նչ է տալու»,- հարցրինք ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ու հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանին։ «Չեմ կարծում՝ նեղանալ-չնեղանալու խնդիր է, պարզապես «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորների ելքի հարցը դժվարացել է, ու շատ պատգամավորներ, որ ներգավված են եղել այս կամ այն պատվիրակության կազմում, չեն կարողացել երկրից դուրս գալ: Կարծում եմ՝ դրանով է պայմանավորված նրանց բոյկոտը»,- նշեց նա։

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությանը, ապա Թովմասյանը նշում է, որ իրենք շարունակելու են պատվիրակությունների կազմում աշխատանքը։

«Կհրաժարվենք բոլոր տեսակի այն ճամփորդություններից, որոնք ոչ թե դիվանագիտական, այլ տուրիստական նշանակություն ունեն։ Խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության շրջանակում հաճախ խորհրդարանի հնարավորությունն օգտագործվում է այս կամ երկիր ճանապարհորդելու համար, մենք բոյկոտելու ենք նմանատիպ տուրիստական այցերը: Բայց եթե պատվիրակության կազմում հստակ ասելիք, անելիք կամ նպատակ ունենք, ապա ներկայացաված ենք լինելու բոլոր պատվիրակություններում»,- հավելեց պատգամավորը։
