Իրանի ԱԳ նախարարն Արևմուտքին մեղադրել է Վիեննայում միջուկային գործարքի շուրջ բանակցությունների լճացման մեջ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԻրանի ԱԳ նախարար Հոսեյն Ամիր Աբդոլլահիանը ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերեշի հետ դեկտեմբերի 15-ին կայացած հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում միջուկային գործարքի եւ Թեհրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների չեղարկման շուրջ Վիեննայի բանակցությունների դանդաղ առաջընթացի գլխավոր պատճառը համարել է «արեւմտյան կողմից» նախաձեռնությունների եւ առաջարկությունների բացակայությունը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
«Արեւմուտքի կողմից նախաձեռնության բացակայությունը բանակցություններում դանդաղ առաջընթացի պատճառներից մեկն է: Մենք ներկայացրել ենք երկու փաստաթուղթ (համաձայնագրի նախագիծ) միջուկային ծրագրի գծով պատժամիջոցների չեղարկման հարցի շուրջ: Այդ փաստաթղթերը համապատասխանում են Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրին (ԳՀՀԾ): Մենք ոչ մի պահանջ չենք առաջադրել, բացի նրանցից, որոնք բովանդակվում են ԳՀՀԾ-ի մեջ, սակայն միեւնույն ժամանակ մենք ԳՀՀԾ-ի շրջանակներից դուրս ոչ մի պարտավորություն չենք ընդունում»,-ասել է Աբդոլլահիանը, որի խոսքը ԱԳ նախարարությունը հրապարակել է իր Telegram-ալիքում:
2015 թվականին «վեցյակը (Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Գերմանիա, Չինաստան, Ռուսաստան, ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանիսա) եւ Իրանը հայտարարել են Գործողությունների համատեղ համափարփակ ծրագրի (ԳՀՀԾ) ձեռքբերման մասին: Համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում էր պատժամիջոցների վերացում՝ Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի սահմանափակման փոխարեն:
Գործարքը նախնական տեսքով երեք տարվա կյանք էլ չունեցավ. 2018 թվականի մայիսին ԱՄՆ-ը հայտարարեց միակողմանի կարգով դրանից դուրս գալու եւ Թեհրանի նկատմամբ խիստ պատժամիջոցները վերականգնելու մասին: Ի պատասխան Իրանը 2019 թվականին հայտարարեց համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում իր պարտավորությունների փուլային կրճատման մասին՝ հրաժարվելով միջուկային հետազոտությունների, ցենտրիֆուգների եւ ուրանի հարստացման մակարդակի սահմանափակումներից: Նոյեմբերի 29-ին մեկնարկել է ԳՀՀԾ-ի վերականգնման շուրջ Վիեննայի բանակցությունների յոթերորդ փուլը: Գլխավոր թեման դարձել Է Թեհրանի նկատմամբ ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումը: Դեկտեմբերի 3-ին Իրանի ԱԳ փոխնախարար Ալի Բաղերի Քյանին հայտարարել է, որ բանակցությունների կողմերը ուղեւորվում են իրենց մայրաքաղաքներ՝ անհրաժեշտ կոնսուլտացիաներ անցկացնելու Իրանի կողմից առաջարկված համաձայնագրերի նախագծերի առնչությամբ: Դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կողմերը շարունակել են բանակցություններն Ավստրիայում, հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
