POLITICSՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ է հղել Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևին և Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության առաջին նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևին՝ Անկախության տոնի կապակցությամբ։
Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևին ուղղված շնորհավորական ուղերձում նշված է.
«Հարգելի Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Քեմելի,
Ընդունեք անկեղծ շնորհավորանքներս և լավագույն բարեմաղթանքներս Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության 30-ամյակի առիթով։
Վերջին երեք տասնամյակի ընթացքում Ղազախստանը նշանակալի հաջողությունների է հասել քաղաքական և սոցիալ-տնտեսական բնագավառներում, իր արժանի տեղն է զբաղեցրել միջազգային ասպարեզում։
Վստահ եմ, որ մեր համատեղ ջանքերը միտված կլինեն Հայաստանի և Ղազախստանի միջև արգասաբեր համագործակցության հետագա զարգացմանը ինչպես երկկողմ ձևաչափով, այնպես էլ ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների և բազմակողմ կազմակերպությունների շրջանակում, ինչը լիովին բխում է մեր երկրների ժողովուրդների շահերից։

Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևին ուղղված ուղերձում ասված է.

Ջերմորեն և սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության 30-ամյակի կապակցությամբ։
Պետական անկախության հռչակումից ի վեր ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում Ղազախստանը համընդհանուր ճանաչելի հաջողություններ է արձանագրել երկրի քաղաքական, սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման և միջազգային ասպարեզում լայն ներկայացվածության ապահովման ուղղությամբ։ Եվ անվիճելի է Ձեր անձնական ներդրումն այս գործում։
Վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանի և Ղազախստանի ժողովուրդների բարեկամության և փոխադարձ հարգանքի լավ ավանդույթները մշտապես ուղենիշ են լինելու միջպետական հարաբերությունների առաջընթացի համար թե՛ երկկողմ ձևաչափով, թե՛ ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակում։
