ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Վերադարձա Երեւան եւ առաջին փաստաթուղթը, որ ընթերցեցի, Արեւելյան Գործընկերության գագաթնաժողովի երեկ ընդունված եզրափակիչ բանաձեւն էր։

Այն համալրեց Նիկոլի օրոք/շնորհիվ/պատճառով ընդունված, հայկական շահը չներառող միջազգային փաստաթղթերի տրցակը, որ հատկապես արագընթաց տեմպերով սկսել է աճել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ից։

Կարճ ներկայացնեմ ձեզ հիմնական խնդիրները.

1. Ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայից հետո Հայաստանը ուներ բոլոր հիմքերը եվրոպական այս ձեւաչափում հասնել ագրեսորի նկատմամբ ԵՄ դիրքորոշման կարծրացմանը, ինչը տեղի չի ունեցել։

2. Փաստաթղթում չկա եւ ոչ մի դրույթ, որ կդատապարտեր Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի դեմ ուժի կիրառման արձանագրված փաստը։

3. Նիկոլը «նվիրել է» Ադրբեջանին մեր ռազմագերիներին, ինչի մասին էին Ալիեւի իսպանական հարցազրույցը եւ այն փաստը, որ գագաթնաժողովին ընդառաջ Ադրբեջանը գեթ մեկ գերի չվերադարձրեց։

4. Նիկոլի շնորհիվ ԵՄ-Ադրբեջան հարաբերություններում արձանագրվեց, որ նոր համապարփակ համաձայնագրի նախապատրաստումը որեւէ կերպով չի ներառելու Ադրբեջանի պատասխանատվությունը 44-օրյա պատերազմի եւ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժելու համար։

5. Հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ադրբեջանը վերապահում ուներ Բելարուսին վերաբերող դրույթների նկատմամբ։ Այսինքն Ալիեւ պաշտպանեց Լուկաշենկոյին, բայց Նիկոլը Հայաստանին չպաշտպանեց։

Մի խոսքով, մեր երկիրը ներկայացնող դավաճանը հերթական անգամ մեզ ծախեց աշխարհին։

Աշխարհում էլ, կարծես, հերթ են կանգնել Նիկոլի ծառայություններից օգտվելու համար։

Նա վաղուց «վարչապետ» չի, այլ մեր երկրի հաշվին ձեռքից ձեռք գնացող «գործնական հանդիպում»։
