Փաշինյանի քայլերը հիշեցնում են տխրահռչակ Պետենին,ում ֆրանսիական դատարանը ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտեց։
Ակնհայտ է,որ կապիտուլյանտ կառավարությունը համաձայնվել է թուրքական պայմաններով «կարգավորել » հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունն այլեւս չի խոսում եւ չի պահանջում ցեղասպսնության դատապարտում։
Փաստացի հրաժարվել եւ խորը դարակների մեջ է մտցրել թուրքական ժխտողականության դեմ քաղաքականությունը։
Ավելին.սրանք «ձեռքերը լվացել» են Արցախից ու այլեւս չեն պահանջում ինքնորոշման իրավունքի պարտադիր իրացում։
Կարճ ասած ՝Հայաստանի կառավարող ռեժիմն ինձ հիշեցնում է 1940-1944թթ. Ֆրանսիայի՝ նացիստների կամակատար Վիշիի ռեժիմը։
Որեւէ էական տարբերություն դժվար է գտնել Հայաստանում գործող կապիտուլյանտ եւ թշնամիների կամակատար՝ ֆրանսիական Վիշիի ռեժիմների միջեւ։
Երկուսն էլ ֆորմալ առումով կառավարություն են։
Երկուսն էլ համագործակցում են ազգի թշնամի պետությունների հետ։
Վիշիի ռեժիմի ղեկավար Պետենը ,դավաճանելով ֆրանսիացիներին ,հանդիպումներ էր ունենում եւ համագործակցում էր հանցագործ հիտլերի հետ,իսկ կապիտուլյանտների ռեժիմի ղեկավար Նիկոլը,անտեսելով ազգային շահերը,հանդիպումներ է ունենում հազարավոր հայորդիների զոհվելու պատճառ դարձած թշնամի պետության ղեկավարի հետ՝ խոնարհաբար կատարելով նրա պահանջները։
Թե՜ Պետենը եւ թե՜ Նիկոլը պատերազմներում պարտությունների մեջ մեղադրեցին «նախկիններին»։
Թե՜ մեկը եւ թե՜ մյուսը պետական ու ազգային շահերի պաշտպանության հետ որեւէ կապ չունեն։
Սակայն Պետենի օրինակը ցույց տվեց,որ ոչինչ անպատիժ չի մնում։
Ֆրանսիայի ազատագրումից հետո Պետենը դատապարտվեց ցմահ ազատազարկման։
Ասում են պատմությունը կրկնվելու դաժան հատկություն ունի։
