Իշխող կուսակցության թանկարժեք քմահաճույքները. նոր ծախսեր՝ ընտրության համար. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Վեդի քաղաքում հետընտրական գործընթացների հետեւանքով նոր ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ կլինեն: Ինչպես հայտնի է, իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» եւ Արամ Սարգսյանի գլխավորած «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունների՝ ավագանու անդամ ընտրված ներկայացուցիչները որոշել են ինքնաբացարկի դիմումներ ներկայացնել եւ հրաժարվել մանդատներից, իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ Վեդիում նոր ընտրություններ կլինեն։
ՏԻՄ օրենքի հոդված 73-ի համաձայն՝ եթե որեւէ ուժ չունի սահմանված մանդատների մեծամասնությունը, չի կարող միայնակ ստանձնել կառավարումը, եւ կառավարությունը պարտավոր է 7-օրյա ժամկետում նոր ընտրություն նշանակել։ Իսկ ինչու՞ նրանք այդպես վարվեցին. Վեդիում դեկտեմբերի 5-ի ընտրությունների արդյունքում «Իմ հզոր համայնք» կուսակցությունը՝ Սպարտակ Թարթիկյանի գլխավորությամբ, հավաքել էր ամենաշատ ձայները՝ 8668 ձայն։
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը»՝ Գարիկ Սարգսյանի առաջնորդությամբ, երկրորդն էր՝ 7706 ձայնով, իսկ Փաշինյանի աջակից Արամ Զավենիչի կուսակցությունը ստացել էր 3346 ձայն: Չունենալով 50 %+1 ձայն՝ ուժերից եւ ոչ մեկը չէր կարող միայնակ ստանձնել քաղաքի կառավարումը: Թվում էր, թե Փաշինյանի ու Զավենիչի միջեւ կոալիցիա կկնքվի, ինչպես արվում է բազմաթիվ համայնքներում, սակայն Զավենիչի կուսակցության ցուցակը գլխավորած Գարիկ Հակոբյանի շուրջ կոալիցիա այդպես էլ չկազմվեց: 7 օր անց կլինեն նոր ընտրություններ, ինչն իր հերթին նոր ծախս է ենթադրում՝ քվեաթերթիկների տպագրություն, հանձնաժողովի անդամների վարձատրություն, կազմակերպչական այլ աշխատանքներ…
Կարճ ասած, յուրաքանչյուր ընտրություն ծախս է առաջին հերթին պետբյուջեի վրա, եւ սա նշանակում է, որ իշխանոթյան քմահաճույքները կամ պարտությունը նաեւ ֆինանսական հետեւանքներ են ունենալու բոլոր քաղաքացիների համար:
Հավելենք, որ քանի դեռ նոր ընտրություններ նշանակված չեն, հստակ չէ, թե որքան գումար է այն կազմելու, սակայն նախորդ ընտրությունների թվերի ուսումնասիրությամբ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պարզեց, որ մոտ 8-10 մլն դրամ է ծախսվելու մեկ համայնքի ընտրության կազմակերպման համար:
