Հռոմի Ֆրանցիսկոս պապն այսօր դառնում է 85 տարեկան

Հռոմի Ֆրանցիսկոս պապն ուրբաթ դառնում է 85 տարեկան: Նախօրեին վերջինիս հրաժեշտի այցով հյուրընկալվել էր Իտալիայի նախագահ Սերջո Մատարելան, որը հունվարին հեռանում է իր պաշտոնից:
Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ գործոկալությունը՝ նշելով, որ Հռոմի կաթոլիկ եկեղեցու առաջնորդը շնորհավորանքներ է ստանում ամբողջ աշխարհից: Արգենտինացի Խորխե Մարիո Բերգոլյոն, որն իտալացի ներգաղթյալների ընտանիքից է սերում, իրեն լավ է զգում 85 տարեկանում՝ չնայած տարիքի հետ կապված որոշակի դժվարությունների:
Ամռանը Ֆրանցիսկոս պապը աղիների վիրահատություն էր տարել: Հիվանդանոցից դուրս գրվելուց հետո քահանայապետը կատակել էր իր առողջության մասին խոսակցությունների վերաբերյալ՝ ասելով. «Երբ Հռոմի պապը հիվանդանոցում է, կոնկլավի (պապի ընտրություններ) հոտ է գալիս»:
2013 թվականին որպես սրբազան քահանայապետ ընտրված կարդինալ Բերգոլյոն չի բացառել, որ կարող է իր կոչումից հրաժարվել առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով: Իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում նա հասցրել է որոշակի արդյունքների հասնել և տպավորել իր մտքերով:
Այս տարիների ընթացքում նա հանդիպել է ուղղափառ եկեղեցիների ղեկավարների հետ Հունաստանում, Կիպրոսում, Բուլղարիայում, Ռումիանիայում, Եգիպտոսում, ինչպես նաև 2016 թվականին Համայն Ռուսիո Պատրիարք Կիրիլի հետ Կուբայում: Նույն թվականին տեղի է ունեցել պապի այցը Հայաստան, որտեղ պատարագ է մատուցել՝ Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին:
Բերգոլյոն Հռոմի առաջին պապն է Լատինական Ամերիկայից և առաջինը, որն իր համար ընտրել է Եվրոպայի սուրբ հովանավորի՝ Ֆրանցիսկոսի անունը: Բացի այդ նա առաջին ճիզվիտ պապն է:
