POLITICSԱյս պահի դրությամբ որևէ պետության կողմից Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում դիտորդի կարգավիճակ ստանալու հայտ չկա։ Այդ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանը` անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությանը ԵԱՏՄ դիտորդի կարգավիճակ տալու հարցի շուրջ քննարկումներին։
-Վերջին շրջանում սկսել է քննարկվել Ադրբեջանի՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում դիտորդի կարգավիճակ ստանալու հարցը։ Ինչպե՞ս կմեկաբանեք դա։
-«Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն առընթեր դիտորդ պետության կարգավիճակ տալու կարգը սահմանվում է «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թ. մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրի 109-րդ հոդվածով: Այս կամ այն պետությանը դիտորդի կարգավիճակ շնորհելու հարցը պահանջում է կոնսենսուսային որոշում, որի կայացումից առաջ ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում նախատեսված են խորհրդակցություններ՝ նաև նշյալ քայլի տնտեսական նպատակահարմարությունը պարզելու նպատակով: Այս պահի դրությամբ որևէ պետության կողմից ԵԱՏՄ դիտորդի կարգավիճակ ստանալու հայտ չկա»:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի պատվավոր նախագահ, Ղազախստանի առաջին նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը դեկտեմբերի 10-ին տեսակոնֆերանսի ձևաչափով տեղի ունեցած Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը կարող է դառնալ դիտորդ երկիր ԵԱՏՄ-ում։
Դեկտեմբերի 15-ի ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան դրական էր գնահատել Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի առաջարկը` ասելով, որ Ադրբեջանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի փոխգործակցությունը կնպաստի փոխադարձ առևտրի ակտիվացմանը և մասշտաբային ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի իրականացմանը։
Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը տնտեսական ինտեգրման միջազգային կազմակերպություն է, որին անդամակցում են Ռուսաստանը, Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը և Ղրղզստանը։ Այս պահի դրությամբ ԵԱՏՄ-ում դիտորդի կարգավիճակ ունեն Մոլդովան, Ուզբեկստանը և Կուբան։ Եվս 5 պետության՝ Չինաստանի, Իրանի, Վիետնամի, Սինգապուրի և Սերբիայի հետ ստորագրվել են տարբեր խորության առևտրային համաձայնագրեր:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը ձևավորվել է Մաքսային միության հիմքի վրա՝ 2014 թ. մայիսի 29-ին Աստանայում ստորագրված պայմանագրով: «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» պայմանագիրը ուժի մեջ է մտել 2015 թ. հունվարի 1-ից: Հայաստանը անդամակցում է ԵԱՏՄ-ին 2015 թ. Հունվարի 2-ից։
