«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
regnum.ru-ն. «Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է տիրանալ հայկական Սյունիքին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում են վերահսկողություն ստանալ Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզում, որպեսզի ապահովեն Սյունիքի միջանցքի անխափան գործունեությունը։ Այդ մասին REGNUM-ի թղթակցին ասել է ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի ավագ գիտաշխատող, Վ. Բ. Արծրունու անվան Սևծովյան-կասպյան տարածաշրջանի քաղաքական և սոցիալական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վիկտոր Նադեին-Ռաևսկին: Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ Թուրքիան Սյունիքի միջանցքով, իսկ դրանից հետո՝ Ադրբեջանով հնարավորություն է ստանում կապ հաստատել մնացած «թուրքական աշխարհի» հետ։
Փորձագետի կարծիքով, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանների գծանշումը չափազանց դժվար է լինելու. ադրբեջանցիները կշարունակեն փորձել բռնությամբ խլել Հայաստանի տարածքի ավելի ու ավելի շատ կտորներ, ընդ որում, հայկական տարածքի մի մասին տիրանալու համար Ադրբեջանը «գծում է» նաև իր աշխարհագրական քարտեզները։ «Եվ նրանք կշարունակեն դա անել, քանի որ ախորժակն անհագ է», - ասել է փորձագետը: Փորձագետի կարծիքով, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը բախվել է հայկական քաղաքական խմբերի մի զգալի մասի դժգոհությանը, որոնք պահանջում են ընդհանրապես չզբաղվել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանների ճշտմամբ։
«Որովհետև գիտեն, որ խաբվելու են։ Դե, դա լավ է: Ո՞վ կարող է ադրբեջանցիներից լավ սակարկել: Ադրբեջանցիներն ու թուրքերը լավագույն առևտրականներն են. հայերը, իհարկե, չեն հասնի նրանց։ Հայերը վախենում են դրանից»,- ասել է Նադեին-Ռաևսկին։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Սյունիքի միջանցքը (կամ՝ Զանգեզուրի միջանցք, կամ՝ Մեղրիի միջանցք) մոտ 40 կմ երկարությամբ հիպոթետիկ տրանսպորտային միջանցք է Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզի տարածքով, որը համարվում է Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան շրջանների և նրա էքսկլավ Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության միջև տրանսպորտային կապի ապահովման միջոց։
