ՌԴ-ն ԱՄՆ-ից և ՆԱՏՕ-ից պահանջել է հրաժարվել Անդրկովկասում ցանկացած ռազմական գործողություններից

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն իր պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակել է Ռուսաստանի, ՆԱՏՕ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև անվտանգության երաշխիքների մասին պայմանագրերի նախագծերը, հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։

Առաջին փաստաթղթի հիմնական դրույթները հետևյալն են.

- Բացառել ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետագա ընդլայնումը և Ուկրաինայի անդամակցությունը դաշինքին:

- Լրացուցիչ զինամթերք և զինծառայողներ չտեղակայել այն երկրներից դուրս, որտեղ նրանք գտնվում էին 1997 թվականի մայիսին (մինչև Արևելյան Եվրոպայի երկրների դաշինքին միանալը), բացառությամբ բացառիկ դեպքերի՝ Ռուսաստանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամների համաձայնությամբ:

- Հրաժարվել ՆԱՏՕ-ի ցանկացած ռազմական գործունեությունից Ուկրաինայում, Արևելյան Եվրոպայում, Անդրկովկասում, Կենտրոնական Ասիայում:

- Չտեղակայել միջին և ավելի կարճ հեռահարության հրթիռներ, որտեղ դրանք կարող են հարվածել մյուս կողմի տարածքին:

- Համաձայնեցված սահմանային գոտում մի շարք բրիգադից ավելի զորավարժություններ և այլ գործողություններ չանցկացնել, պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ փոխանակել զորավարժությունների մասին:

- Հաստատել, որ կողմերը միմյանց չեն դիտարկում որպես հակառակորդներ, ամրապնդել համաձայնությունը բոլոր վեճերը խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու և ուժի կիրառումից զերծ մնալու համար:

- Պարտավորվել չստեղծել այնպիսի պայմաններ, որոնք կարող են ընկալվել որպես սպառնալիք մյուս կողմի կողմից:

- Ստեղծել թեժ գծեր արտակարգ իրավիճակների հետ կապերի համար:

Փաստաթուղթը կազմված է ռուսերեն, անգլերեն և ֆրանսերեն լեզուներով, որոնց տեքստերը հավասարազոր են: Համաձայնագիրն ուժի մեջ կմտնի ստորագրող պետությունների կեսից ավելիի համաձայնության մասին ծանուցումները դեպոզիտարիային փոխանցելու օրվանից:

Նշվում է նաև, որ ցանկացած մասնակից կարող է հրաժարվել պայմանագրից՝ այդ մասին ծանուցելով դեպոզիտարիային։ Այս դեպքում պայմանագիրը կխզվի անհատական ​​հիմունքներով 30 օր հետո։
