BLOGՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնում մինչև հիմա իմ պաշտոնավարումը ոչ թե որևէ մեկի կամ որևէ քաղաքական ուժի ձեռքբերումն է կամ բարի կամքի դրսևորումը, այլ իմ հաստատակամությունը և հավատարմությունը երդմանս։
Ստիպված եմ արձագանքել արդեն տևական ժամանակ Ազգային ժողովի կառավարող խմբակցության մի շարք պատգամավորների կողմից տարբեր հրապարակային հարցազրույցներով ու ելույթներով արվող պնդումների, որոնցով փորձ է արվում տպավորություն ստեղծել կամ ցույց տալ, թե մինչև հիմա իմ պաշտոնավարումն իրենց «հանդուրժողականության» արդյունքն է:
Ավելին, նշվում է, թե կառավարող խմբակցությունը երբևէ գնահատական չի տվել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գործունեությանը՝ ներկայացնելով դա որպես ձեռքբերում։
Պատասխանատու հայտարարում եմ, որ նման պնդումներն իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում։
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնում իմ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում՝ հատկապես պատերազմից հետո եղել են օրենքով արգելված ներգործության ամենատարբեր ձևերը՝ սկսած հրապարակային աշխատանքը հետպատերազմյան հարցերով դադարեցնելու կամ այն էականորեն նվազեցնելու բարձրաստիճան մի շարք պաշտոնյաների կողմից ներկայացված պահանջներից մինչև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի մեքենաները մեր հնարավորությունները թուլացնելու նպատակով Կառավարության որոշմամբ վերցնելը, ֆինանսական անկախությունը վերացնելուն ուղղված հետևողական փորձերը ու Պաշտպանի դեմ, կատարվող աշխատանքը վարկաբեկող կազմակերպված արշավներ, այդ թվում՝ գործադիր և օրենսդիր մարմինների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց մասնակցությամբ։
Անկախ դժվարություններից՝ ես երբևէ չեմ ներկայացել և չեմ պատրաստվում ներկայանալ զոհի կարգավիճակով և կատարել եմ բացառապես իրավապաշտպան աշխատանք՝ ապաքաղաքական ու անկողմնակալ սկզբունքներով»։
Նշենք, որ ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 17-ին, քննարկվում էր Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության կողմից առաջադրված Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանի թեկնածության և Ազգային ժողովին այդ պաշտոնին թեկնածու առաջարկելու վերաբերյալ հարցը:
Հանձնաժողովը որոշեց 4 «կողմ» և 3 «դեմ» ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ որոշեց ԱԺ-ին առաջարկել Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանի թեկնածությունը։
«Դեմ» են քվեարկել ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այժմ Գրիգորյանը զբաղեցնում է Արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը։
