INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ դեպի Հայաստանի հետ սահման երկաթգիծը պետք է կառուցվի մինչև 2023 թվականի վերջ։
«Ադրբեջանն արդեն սկսել է աշխատանքները, և մինչև 2023 թվականի վերջ պետք է պատրաստ լինի երկաթուղային գիծը «ազատագրված» տարածքներից մինչև Հայաստանի հետ սահման»,- ասել է Ալիևը Իտալական Il Sole 24 Ore թերթին:
Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ «մինչև այդ Հայաստանը կկատարի իր տնային աշխատանքը» (Հայաստանի տարածքում երկաթգծի կառուցում – խմբ.):
Ալիևը նաև մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հետ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքները։
«Կարծում եմ, որ հանդիպումը շատ արդյունավետ էր, երկու կողմերն էլ (Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանը - խմբ.) հստակ արտահայտեցին իրենց դիրքորոշումը, հատկապես այն նոր իրողությունների վերաբերյալ, որոնք ի հայտ եկան երկրորդ ղարաբաղյան պատերազմից հետո, թե ինչպես հարմարվել այդ իրողություններին և սովորել ապրել հարեւանությամբ»,- ասաց նա։
Նա նշել է, որ կողմերը քննարկել են «հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակի գործնական տարրերը, հատկապես՝ հաղորդակցությունների բացումը»։ «Սա անցած տարվա նոյեմբերին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարության կարևոր մասն է, սակայն դրա իրականացումը շատ դանդաղ է ընթանում: Այսպիսով, երեկ (դեկտեմբերի 14-ին) Հայաստանը կարևոր որոշումներ է ընդունել երկաթուղու կառուցման նախագծի գործնական իրագործումը սկսելու համար անհապաղ գործողությունների վերաբերյալ»,- ընդգծել է Ալիեւը։
