Սրբուհի Գևորգյանն ընտրվեց ՀՊՄՀ ռեկտորի Ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար
POLITICSԱյսօր Մանկավարժական համալսարանում տեղի ունեցավ ՀՊՄՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստ՝ խորհրդի նախագահ, ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի գլխավորությամբ և հոգեբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Կամո Վարդանյանի քարտուղարությամբ։ Նիստի ընթացքում մեկ հարց էր՝ ռեկտորի ընտրություն։ Ներկա էր խորհրդի 20 անդամից 18-ը։ Այս ասին հայտնում են ՀՊՄՀ-ից:
Ռեկտորի թափուր տեղի համար դիմել էր մեկ թեկնածու՝ բուհի ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատար Աշոտ Խոեցյանը։
Նա ներկայացրեց իր ծրագիրը, որից հետո խորհրդի անդամները հարցեր ուղղեցին բուհի զարգացման ծրագրի, անելիքների մասին։ Ելույթ ունեցավ խորհրդի 7 անդամ, ձևավորվեց հաշվիչ հանձնաժողով՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթության վարչության պետի տեղակալ Լուսինե Գրիգորյանի նախագահությամբ։ Անդամներ ընտրվեցին բուհի պրոֆեսորներից Սամվել Պիպոյանը և ուսանողուհի Արմինե Հարությունյանը։
Խոհրդի անդամները փակ, գաղտնի քվեարկության արդյունքում անվստահություն հայտնեցին ռեկտորի թեկնածուին՝ ձայների հետևյալ բաշխմամբ․ 13 դեմ, 1 անվավեր, 4 կողմ։
Նիստի երկորրդ հատվածում խորհրդի նախագահ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն առաջարկեց ընտրել ռեկտորի նոր ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար։ Նա ներկայացրեց բուհի պրոռեկտոր, հոգեբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Սրբուհի Գևորգյանի թեկնածությունը։ Այլ թեկնածու չառաջադրվեց։ ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի նախագահ Կարեն Քեռյանը երկրորդեց Ժաննա Անդրեասյանին, նկատելով, որ անձամբ մի քանի անգամ շփում է ունեցել Սրբուհի Գևորգյանի հետ, և նրա մասնագիտական, պրոֆեսիոնալ որակները բարձր է գնահատում։
Սրբուհի Գևորգյանին հրավիրեցին նիստին և տեղեկացրին խորհրդի որոշման մասին։ Ապա ներկաների միաձայն քվեարկությամբ՝ 16 կողմ ձայներով (խորհրդի 2 անդամ հեռացել էր նիստից), Սրբուհի Գևորգյանն ընտրվեց ՀՊՄՀ ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար։
