ԱՀ պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ «Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Տեղեկացնեմ, որ ԱՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ է մշակվում՝ դեկտեմբերի 24-ից երկարաձգելու գործող կարանտինը, սակայն որոշ էական պայմանների մեղմացմամբ՝ հաշվի առնելով կորոնավիրուսի տարածման դեպքերի նշանակալի նվազումը և սահմանափակումների բացասական ազդեցությունը հասարակության կենսագործունեության տարբեր ոլորտների վրա:

Մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է վերացնել հավաքների ու միջոցառումների համար գործող քանակական սահմանափակումը, ուսումնական հաստատություններում դասերը կանցկացվեն սովորական ռեժիմով ու լրիվ կազմով: Բացի դրանից, քննարկվում են տարբերակներ չպատվաստվածների համար կիրառվող թեստավորման պահանջում պարբերականության ու թեստի գնի իջեցում իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ: Երբ վերջնական որոշումը հաստատվի առաջիկա օրերին, նոր պայմանները կհրապարակվեն:

Ամեն դեպքում, ուժի մեջ են մնում անհատական պաշտպանության միջոցների կիրառման պահանջը և պատվաստման հորդորը: Ես ինքս բավարարված չեմ այդ երկուսի իրականացման մակարդակով, և խստիվ հորդորում եմ մեր քաղաքացիներին ուշադիր լինել սեփական ու շրջապատի մարդկանց առողջության ու կյանքի հանդեպ՝ պահպանելով անվտանգության կանոնները և պատվաստվելով: Խնդրում եմ նաև հանրային բարձր անհանդուրժողականություն ցուցաբերել Ձեր շրջապատում անվտանգության կանոնների չպահպանման դեպքերի հանդեպ, քանի որ դրանց հետևանքը կարող է մարդկային կյանք արժենալ, այդ թվում՝ Ձերը կամ Ձեր հարազատինը:
