«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Բոլոր ոլորտների անկախ փորձագետները պնդում են, որ Հայաստանում 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո, իսկ վերջին 1 տարում՝ առավել ևս, պարզապես կառավարման խոր ու համապարփակ ճգնաժամ է: Դա վերաբերում է նաև գյուղատնտեսությանը: Տնտեսագիտության թեկնածու, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի փորձագետ Վարդան Ալեքսանյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ գյուղոլորտի ցուցանիշները վերջին տարիներին բոլոր կտրվածքներով բոլոր ճյուղերում անկման դինամիկա են արձանագրում:
«Մի քանի թվեր նշեմ: Դեռևս 2014 թ. գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում արտադրվում էր 983 մլրդ դրամի արտադրանք, իսկ 2020 թվականին 16,7 տոկոսով նվազել է գյուղատնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքը, այսինքն՝ վեց տարի անց 164 մլրդ դրամով պակասել է արտադրանքը: Հետաքրքիր ցուցանիշ՝ բուսաբուծության ոլորտից: Դեռևս 2007 թ. բուսաբուծության ճյուղում համախառն արտադրանքը կազմում էր 429 մլրդ դրամ: 2020 թվականին այն կազմել է 384 մլրդ դրամ, այսինքն՝ նվազել է 10,5 տոկոսով: Փաստորեն հիմա պետք է մեծ ջանքեր գործադրել գոնե 2007 թվականի ցուցանիշին հասնելու համար»,- ասում է փորձագետն ու հավելում, որ վերջին տարիներին գյուղատնտեսական հիմնական մթերքների գծով ՀՀ-ում սպառման միջին ցուցանիշները՝ մեկ շնչի հաշվով, նույնպես կրճատվել են, այսինքն՝ կարտոֆիլինը, բանջարեղենինը, հացահատիկինը, և՛ արտադրության ցուցանիշներն են կրճատվել, և՛ բնակչության մեկ շնչի հաշվով միջին սպառման ծավալները:
«Սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ բնակչությունն ավելի է աղքատանում, սնվելու խնդիրն ավելի է սրվում, շատ մարդիկ կրճատում են անգամ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների սպառման ծավալները: Դրա մասին վկայում են վիճակագրական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական տվյալները»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ամփոփում է Վարդան Ալեքսանյանը:
