«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Առողջապահության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է լրացում և փոփոխություն կատարել «Պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2017-2020 թթ. ծրագրի մասին» օրենքում: Նշվում է՝ նախագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է «Կուրորտաբանության և ֆիզիկական բժշկության ԳՀԻ», «Վնասվածքաբանության և օրթոպեդիայի գիտական կենտրոն», «Օշական» մանկական վերականգնողական կենտրոն», «Երևանի երկաթուղու պոլիկլինիկա», «Հանրապետական անձավաբուժական կենտրոն» և «Վարդենիսի ստոմատոլոգիական պոլիկլինիկա» ՓԲ ընկերություններին իրենց գործունեության ուղղությունը փոխելու հնարավորություն ընձեռելու և պետգույքի մասնավորեցման 2017-2020 թթ. ծրագրից «Նևրոզների կլինիկա» և «Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունները հանելու անհրաժեշտությամբ: Նախարարությունը հավելում է՝ «Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության կենտրոնը» գործում է 2020 թ.-ի հունիսից, ունի բարձրագույն մասնագիտական որակավորում ստացած տարբեր բնագավառների մասնագետներ, որոնց աշխատանքի շնորհիվ արդեն իսկ իրականացվել է ավելի քան 100 պոզիտրոն-էմիսիոնային տոմոգրաֆիա հետազոտություն:

Ստեղծվել են նաև նոր աշխատատեղեր: Կենտրոնը շարունակում է իր ծրագրային զարգացումը միջուկային բժշկության ոլորտում նոր ձեռքբերումների հասնելու ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև առկա է ակտիվ համագործակցություն «Ա. Ի. Ալիխանյանի անվան ազգային գիտական լաբորատորիա» հիմնադրամի հետ, որը միտված է միջուկային ֆիզիկայի ոլորտը զարգացնելուն՝ օգտագործելով կենտրոնի հնարավորությունները: Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ կենտրոնը տարածաշրջանում միակն է իզոտոպների արտադրության գործառույթով և կենտրոնի սարքավորումների արտադրանքի թողունակությունը շատ ավելին է, քան պահանջարկը, դրա առաջիկա ուղղություններից է ստացված արտադրանքի արտահանման կազմակերպումը:

Այն համագործակցում է նաև Հայաստանում ուռուցքաբանության ոլորտի առաջատարը հանդիսացող ԱՆ «Վ.Ա.Ֆանարջյանի անվան Ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի» հետ: Միևնույն ժամանակ հետպատերազմական և հետկովիդային իրավիճակով պայմանավորված նևրոտիկ, սթրեսային և սոմատոֆորմ խանգարումների հետևանքները մեղմելու նպատակով հոգեբանական աջակցության իրականացումը, խանգարումների ժամանակին և պատշաճ բուժումը, պացիենտների բժշկական օգնությունն ու սպասարկումը կարևոր է: Այս խնդիրները լուծելու համար առաջարկվում է «Նևրոզների կլինիկան» ևս հանել մասնավորեցման ենթակա ընկերությունների ցանկից:

Այսպիսով՝ բժշկական վեց ընկերություններին մասնավորեցման գործընթացի ավարտից հետո հնարավորություն կտրվի գործունեություն ծավալել այլ ուղղություններով, իսկ «Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության կենտրոնը» և «Նևրոզների կլինիկան» կհանվեն պետգույքի մասնավորեցման ծրագրից՝ այն թողնելով պետական մասնակցությամբ, իսկ բաժնետոմսերի կառավարումը հանձնելով առողջապահության նախարարությանը:
