«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Կրիպտորաժույթների (Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum եւ այլն) ոլորտը դինամիկ զարգանում է: Աշխարհի տարբեր պետություններում տարբեր կերպ են վերաբերվում կրիպտոարժույթներին: Որոշ երկրներում դրանք համարվում են ապրանք (Կանադա), մյուսներում՝ մասնակի վճարային միջոց (Ճապոնիա(sad)), Գերմանիայում հանդես է գալիս որպես մասնավոր փող: Մի շարք երկրներում դեռ չկան իրավական կարգավորումներ, իսկ մի քանիսը այն համարում են օրենքից դուրս: Փաստորեն, ոլորտը դեռ դինամիկ կարգավորման գործընթացի մեջ է:
ՀՀ-ում ոլորտը կարգավորված չէ՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ առանձին պետական մարմիններ, հատկապես՝ Կենտրոնական բանկը, մինչեւ 2018թ. մի քանի անգամ հորդորել է զերծ մնալ կրիպտոարժույթով գործարքներից՝ հաշվի առնելով դրանց նորությունը, հասարակության քիչ տեղեկացվածությունը ոլորտից, փոխանցած գումարների վերադարձի անհնարինությունը եւ այլն:
Եթե ընդհանրացնենք, ապա ՀՀ-ում կրիպտոարժույթը չի համարվում թվային փող, կենտրոնական բանկն էլ չի ճանաչում եւ կարգավորում ոլորտը: Այնուամենայնիվ, ոլորտի զարգացումն ու կրիպտոարժույթի կիրառումը երկրում արգելված չէ, այսինքն՝ թույլատրվում է, սակայն հնարավոր հետեւանքները կրում է օգտագործողը: Երկրում կան ակտիվ գործող մայնինգ-ֆիրմաներ եւ անհատ մայնինգով զբաղվողներ։
Բնական է, որ եթե երկրում մայնինգ է կատարվում, ակտիվ կիրառվում են բլոկչեյն տեխնոլոգիաներն, ու շրջանառվում է կրիպտոարժույթը, պահանջ պետք է լիներ նաեւ կրիպտոարժույթից ֆիզիկական դրամ և հակառակը կատարվող գործարքների համար փոխանակման կենտրոնների ձեւավորումը: Առաջիններից մեկը ՀՀ-ում ձեւավորվեց TETChange ընկերությունը (https://tetchange.com/), որն սկսեց իր ծառայությունները մատուցել դեռ 2015 թվականից: Գործունեության տարիների ընթացքում կազմակերպությունն իր նկատմամբ ձեւավորած վստահության եւ պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի արդյունքում ստեղծեց գործընկերների եւ հաճախորդների լայն շրջանակ ոչ միայն ՀՀ-ում, այլ նաեւ աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներում: րդյունքում ԱՊՀ մի շարք պետություններում (Բելառուս, Վրաստան, Ղազախստան եւ այլն) ընկերությունը հիմնեց իր մասնաճյուղերը:
Ընկերությունը իր գործունեության տարիների ընթացքում ստացել է հազարավոր դրական կարծիքներ, հաճախորդի վստահության բարձր գնահատականներ, որոնք հեշտությամբ կարելի է գտնել ոչ միայն համացանցում, այլեւ լսել ծառայությունից օգտված հաճախորդներից: Գործում է հաճախորդների հետ հետադարձ կապի ակտիվ համակարգ. ոչ մի դիմում անպատասխան չի մնում:
