Սպիտակում 30-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ համաքաղաքացուն դանակահարելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնում քաղաքացու կողմից ոստիկանների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, ուրիշի գույքը ոչնչացնելով զուգորդված խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյուքում պարզվել են դեպքի հանգամանքները:
Մասնավորապես, քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Սպիտակ քաղաքի 30-ամյա բնակիչը համաքաղաքացու հետ վիճաբանելու և նրան դանակով հարվածելու դեպքի առթիվ նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում, նշված հանցանքը կատարելու կասկածանքով 2021թ. նոյեմբերի 22-ին բերման է ենթարկել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժին:
Բերման ենթարկվելուց անմիջապես հետո վերջինս, սեփական անձի առավելությունն ընդգծելու մոլուցքով տարված, դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը ու կազմալուծելով ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնի աշխատակիցների բնականոն աշխատանքը, Ոստիկանության բաժնի միջանցքում հայհոյել է ոստիկաններին, ինչը զուգորդվել է նրանց նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներով, ինչպես նաև՝ քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի դռան ապակին դիտավորությամբ կոտրելով:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Սպիտակի 30-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, իսկ որպես խափանման միջոց վերջինիս նկատմամբ կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
