ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը ՌԴ-ին կոչ է արել «խաղաղ և հանգիստ Սուրբ Ծնունդ ապահովել բոլորի համար»
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՆԱՏՕ-ն պատրաստ է Ռուսաստանի հետ երկխոսության, բայց չի հրաժարվի իր հիմնական սկզբունքներից: Այս մասին DPA գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ անելով դուրս բերել զորքերը Ուկրաինայի հետ սահմանից, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Մենք կշարունակենք գնահատել՝ արդյոք մեզ անհրաժեշտ է հարմարեցնել մեր ռազմական ներկայությունը (դաշինքի արևելյան երկրներում):Բայց այս մասին շահարկումները պետք է զգույշ արվեն, քանի որ դա կարող է հանգեցնել լարվածության: Կարծում եմ, որ այժմ կարևոր է նվազեցնել լարվածությունը և բովանդակալից երկխոսություն վարել Ռուսաստանի հետ, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ չվտանգել մեր դաշնակիցներին պաշտպանելու իրավունքն ու պատասխանատվությունը»,- ասել է Ստոլտենբերգը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ «Ռուսաստանը հնարավորություն ունի, նվազեցնելով լարվածությունը և դուրս բերելով զորքերը, ապահովելու խաղաղ և հանգիստ Սուրբ Ծնունդը բոլորիս համար»:
Ստոլտենբերգի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստան-ՆԱՏՕ խորհրդի նիստը պետք է անցկացվի «որքան հնարավոր է շուտ»:
«Սակայն մենք զիջումների չենք գնա մեր հիմնական սկզբունքների շուրջ: Մենք չենք կարող կասկածի տակ առնել բոլոր դաշնակիցներին պաշտպանելու ՆԱՏՕ-ի իրավունքը»,- ասել է նա:
Երեքշաբթի դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղարը հայտարարել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն առաջարկում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը 2022 թվականի սկզբին Ռուսաստան-ՆԱՏՕ խորհրդի նիստ անցկացնել՝ քննարկելու Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրավիճակը։
Վերջերս Արևմուտքում և Ուկրաինայում ավելի ու ավելի շատ հայտարարություններ են հնչում Ռուսաստանի՝ իբր ուկրաինական տարածք հնարավոր «ներխուժման» մասին։ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նման տեղեկությունները դատարկ և անհիմն լարվածության սրացում է անվանել՝ ընդգծելով, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ մեկի համար վտանգ չի ներկայացնում։ Միաժամանակ նա չի բացառել նման հայտարարություններն արդարացնելու համար սադրանքների հնարավորությունը, և զգուշացրել է, որ Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արևելքում խնդիրը ուժային ճանապարհով լուծելու փորձերը կունենան ամենալուրջ հետևանքները։
