Ի՞նչ է Մոսկվայում փրկել Սերժ Սարգսյանը

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀԱՊԿ գագաթաժողովում Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը դարձել է վերջին օրերի ամենաքննարկվող թեման, ինչը ոչ միայն՝ բնական, այլ նաեւ՝ շատ ողջունելի պետք է համարել: Կարծիքներում, գնահատականներում գերիշխող է ոգեւորությունը, Սերժ Սարգսյանի այդ ելույթը ողջունում ու դրական են գնահատում անգամ նրա ընդդիմախոսները, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր ընդդիմանում են ամեն ինչի, հակառակը, փորձում են այդ ելույթի տակ թուլության նշան գտնել, համարում են, որ դա ոչ թե՝ հանուն Հայաստանի շահերի, այլ՝ Ռուսաստանի շահերից բխող ելույթ էր:
Իհարկե, մեծ քաղաքականության մեջ հանպատրաստից քայլեր չեն լինում, բացառված չէ, որ, այո, եթե ոչ՝ ելույթն ամբողջությամբ, ապա դրա՝ Թուրքիային վերաբերող հատվածը համաձայնեցված էր Մոսկվայի հետ, ինչը նույնպես կարելի է բնական համարել: Բայց եթե մի պահ վերանանք աշխարհաքաղաքականությունից, քաղաքականությունից ընդհանրապես, եւ փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ինչու է Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթն իրականում այդքան ոգեւորություն առաջացրել ամենատարբեր շրջանակներում, ապա կհանգենք մի պարզ, բայց չափազանց կարեւոր երեւույթի, որն անվանում ենք ազգային արժանապատվություն:
Անկախ մոտիվացիաներից ու կուլիսային համաձայնություններից, տարիներ ի վեր առաջին անգամ ՀՀ իշխանությունը հանդես եկավ արժանապատիվ դիրքերից, ինչը շարժեց տեւական ժամանակ ու գրեթե ամեն օր ազգային, պետական արժանապատվության ոտնահարմանն ականատես լինող շրջանակների արդարացի ոգեւորությունը: Այս օրինակը ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչն է ամենաշատը պակասում Հայաստանին՝ որպես պետություն, մեր պետական ինստիտուտներին:
Այո, դա արժանապատվությունն է, ինքնիշխան երկրի, անկախ պետության դիրքերից հանդես գալու կարողությունը, որը վերջին տարիներին օբյեկտիվ, բայց ավելի շատ սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով՝ մսխվել է անկարելիության աստիճանի: Այդ արժանապատվությունը, կորսված ինքնիշխանությունը, իհարկե, մեկ կամ մի քանի ելույթով չի վերականգնվում, սակայն նաեւ նման ելույթները կարող են հանդիսանալ այդ գործընթացի կարեւոր մասը:
Եթե, իհարկե, Հայաստանի իշխանությունն իսկապես հասկացել է տարիներ շարունակ թույլ տրված սխալները, եւ նման ելույթները ոչ թե սոսկ իրավիճակային, այլեւ ռազմավարական, հայեցակարգային բաղադրիչ ունեն: Մոսկվայում Սերժ Սարգսյանը գուցե լուծել է խնդիրներ, որոնք տեսանելի չեն, գուցե դրանք փոխկապակցված են ռուսական կամ այլ շահերի հետ: Բայց անկախ ամեն ինչից՝ Մոսկվայում Սերժ Սարգսյանը փրկել է Հայաստանի հասարակության արժանապատվությունը, որը, թվում էր՝ ոտնահարված է անդառնալիորեն»:
