«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Արդեն մի քանի տարի է, ինչ Ամանորից առաջ մարդկանց տոնական ծախսերին գումարվում են նաեւ ԱՊՊԱ-ի համար նախատեսված ծախսերը: Բնականաբար, այսքան ծախսերի մեջ յուրաքանչյուր խնայողություն կարեւոր է դառնում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար, եւ հենց այս նրբությունը հաշվի առնելով էլ ԱՊՊԱ-ի շուկայում ի հայտ են գալիս մանր «ժուլիկներ»:
Վերջիններս մեծ համառությամբ «կպռշկում են» վարորդներին՝ նրանց առաջարկելով էժան ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրեր: Սրանց մեծ մասը պարզապես կեղծ ապահովագրական պոլիսներ են վաճառում վարորդներին, ինչը հետագայում բերում է մեծ տույժ ու տուգանքների, քանի որ այդ պոլիսները որեւէ տեղ գրանցված չեն:
Իսկ լավագույն դեպքում էժան պոլիսներ ունեցողներին հետագայում շատ ավելի էժան փոխհատուցումներ են սկասվում:
Հարց է առաջանում՝ արժե՞ արդյոք 2-3 հազար դրամ զեղչի համար կանգնել շատ ավելի թանկ ու ըստ էության անլուծելի խնդիրների առջեւ: Քանի որ «ժուլիկների» ռեյդերը Երեւանում արդեն սկսվել են՝ հարկ ենք համարում ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին զգուշացնել՝ խուսափել խաբեբաներից ու անհասկանալի ծագում ունեցող համապատասխան կազմակերպություններից»:
