Արարատի մարզում արձանագրվել է բոտուլիզմի դեպք` 4 տուժածով․ թունավորման պատճառը տան պայմաններում պահածոյացված վարունգի մարինադն է

Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման Ազգային Կենտրոնից տեղեկացնում են, որ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին Արարատի մարզում արձանագրվել է բոտուլիզմի դեպք` 4 տուժածով:

Թունավորման պատճառը տան պայմաններում պահածոյացված վարունգի մարինադն է, որն ուտելուց հետո հիվանդների մոտ ի հայտ են եկել բոտուլիզմին բնորոշ ախտանշաններ։ Հիվանդները տեղափոխվել են «Արմենիա» հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոն և Մուրացանի ԲԿ, որտեղ նրանց անմիջապես ներարկվել է հակաբոտուլինային պոլիվալենտ շիճուկ: Թունավորվածների վիճակը բժիշկները գնահատում են ծանր:

Հաշվի առնելով այս հիվանդության ծանր ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև հետագա բարդություններից խուսափելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնը հորդորում է.

խուսափել տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոների օգտագործումից,

տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներն օգտագործելուց առաջ ենթարկել ջերմային մշակման` պահածոյի պարունակությունը եռացնելով 20-25 րոպե,

չգնել տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներ շուկայից կամ պատահական անհատներից,

առաջին ախտանշաններն ի հայտ գալուն պես անմիջապես դիմել բժշկի:

Հիշեցնենք, որ բոտուլիզմի հիմնական ախտանշաններն են սրտխառնոցը, փսխումները, փորլուծությունը կամ փորկապությունը, որովայնի շրջանում ցավերը, գլխապտույտը, ընդհանուր թուլությունը, բերանի չորությունը, տեսողության խանգարումը (աչքերի առջև մշուշ, ցանց), երկտեսությունը, բբերի լայնացումը, կոպի իջեցումը, խոսքի խանգարումը (խռպոտություն, ռնգախոսություն), շնչահեղձությունը, կլման ակտի խանգարումը, հավասարակողմ կաթվածը: Նշված ախտանշաններն ի հայտ են գալիս ախտահարված սնունդն ընդունելուց հետո 2-3 ժամից մինչև 10 օրվա ընթացքում:

Բոտուլիզմը սննդային ծանր թունավորում է, որի հարուցիչը Clostridium botulinum-ն է: Հիվանդության հարուցիչը գտնվում է արտաքին միջավայրում` հողի մեջ սպորների ձևով, որտեղից էլ անցնում է բանջարեղենի և կանաչեղենի վրա: Նշված հարուցչի աճի ու զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ են անօդ պայմաններ, որտեղ այն բազմանում և արտադրում է թույն: Նման պայմաններ ստեղծվում են հերմետիկ փակված պահածոներում: Հարուցչի ոչնչացումը հնարավոր է միայն հատուկ սարքերում` ավտոկլավներում բարձր ճնշման (1.5-2 մթնոլորտ) և ջերմության (1200-1300C) ազդեցության տակ, որոնք առկա են միայն պահածո արտադրող կազմակերպություններում։ Տնային պայմաններում հնարավոր չէ ապահովել նշյալ պայմանները:

Բոտուլիզմով ախտահարված սննդամթերքը չի փոխում իր համը, հոտը, գույնը և տեսքը:
