Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմը երբեք կրոնական չի եղել. Արմեն Սարգսյանի հարցազրույցը ArabNews-ին

Ստորև թարգմանաբար ներկայացնում ենք հարցազրույցի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրին վերաբերող հատվածը.
Ֆայսալ Աբբաս - Ադրբեջանի մասին մի քանի հարց ունեմ, սակայն կա մեկ այլ հարց՝ ընկալումների և իրականության մասին: Հնարավոր է դրա մասին մարդիկ այդքան էլ շատ չեն խոսում այստեղ, սակայն Մերձավոր Արևելքում կա ընկալում, որը, հնարավոր է, տարածվում է թուրքերի կամ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից, որ սա կրոնական պատերազմ է:
Նախագահ Սարգսյան - Դա երբեք կրոնական պատերազմ չի եղել: Հայաստանը շատ լավ հարաբերություններ ունի շատ իսլամական երկրների հետ: Ադրբեջանական կողմը երբեմն սիրում է օգտագործել այդ խոսույթը՝ իսլամական աշխարհի աջակցությունը ստանալու ակնկալիքով: Իսկ օրինակ, Հայաստանը երբեք չի փորձել նման կերպ քրիստոնյա աշխարհից աջակցություն ստանալ, քանի որ հակամարտությունը քրիստոնեական կամ կրոնական բնույթ չի կրել:
Սակայն, կարծեք Ղարաբաղը միջազգայնորեն համարվում է Ադրբեջանինը: OIC (Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպություն), Ծոցի տարածաշրջանը, բոլորը շահագրգռված են խաղաղություն հաստատմամբ: Ինչպիսի՞ ակնկալիքներ ունեք GCC-ից (Ծոցի համագործակցության խորհուրդ) կամ OIC-ից, ինչպե՞ս կարող են նրանք աջակցել այս հակամարտության լուծմանը:
Մեր բոլոր բարեկամներից՝ լինի դա Ծոցում, Մերձավոր Արևելքում կամ Եվրոպայում, ակնկալում եմ նրանց աջակցությունը հակամարտությունը տրամաբանական հանգուցալուծման հասցնելու համար:

Նախագահ Սարգսյան - Ինչպես նշեցի, 26 տարի առաջ հայկական կողմը հաղթանակած էր, սակայն ինչ-որ առումով չկարողացանք հաղթողի մեր դիրքը օգտագործել վերջնական խաղաղություն հաստատելու համար: Իհարկե, պետք է հաշվի առնվեն այն մարդկանց իրավունքները, որոնք ապրում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, այդ մարդիկ այնտեղ ապրում են հազարավոր տարիներ: Պատերազմի ավարտին դեռևս շատ զգացմունքներ, վերքեր, չլուծված հարցեր կան՝ կապված սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման, ինչպես նաև՝ այլ հարցերի հետ, որոնց թվում իհարկե՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ապրող մարդկանց ապագայի մասով: Գոյություն ունի միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված մի կառույց՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն իր համանախագահող երկրներով: Կարծում եմ, որ պետք է կրկին վերադառնալ բանակցային սեղանին: Նոր իրականությունն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանը մեծ ազդեցություն ունի տարածաշրջանի վրա, քանի որ վերջինս բերեց հրադադար և աջակցում է թե Հայաստանին և թե Ադրբեջանին սահմանագծման, սահմանազատման և այլ խնդիրների լուծման մասով: Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահներն այսօր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում են: Չեմ կարող պնդել, որ այս հարցը վերջնական լուծում է ստացել: Միայն ժամանակը ցույց կտա, թե ինչպիսին կլինի վերջնական լուծումը: Կարծում եմ, որ ցանկացած որոշում, որը կլինի վերջնական, պետք է լինի տրամաբանական: Լուծում, որը ընդունելի կլինի երկու կողմերի համար: Ցանկացած լուծում, որ պարտադրված է, չի կարող երկար տևել:
