«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Մելիք Մանուկյանի գործերը լավ չեն: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը պարզեց, որ Երեւանի բնակիչ Արտուշ Մարտիրոսյանը դատական կարգով պատգամավորից պահանջում է 100 հազար դոլար եւ 94 միլիոն 523 հազար դրամ: Ավելին՝ այս դատական վեճի շրջանակներում Մելիք Մանուկյանի գույքի վրա արդեն իսկ արգելանք է դրվել:
Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Մանուկյանի շահերը ներկայացնող Հրանտ Գեւորգյանի խոսքերով՝ հայցապահանջը անհիմն է, եւ իրենք դատարանում այդ հանգամանքն ապացուցել են:
«Պարզապես շանտաժ է: Արդեն դատարանում ապացուցվել է, որ դրանք կեղծիք են տարածել Մելիք Մանուկյանի մասին: Ես առաջիկա նիստում հակընդդեմ հայց եմ ներկայացնելու եւ երեւի դիմեմ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն այդ քաղաքացուն պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար»,- ասաց Գեւորգյանը:
Սակայն հայցվորը պնդում է, որ իրեն գումար է պարտք Շշի Մելո անունով հայտնի գործարարը եւ պարտավոր է վճարել: Ինչպես երեւում է՝ գործ ունենք պայմանավորվածությունը խախտելու ավանդական երեւույթի հետ»:
