Հայաստանում պիտանելիության ժամկետն ավարտվելու պատճառով խոտանվել են AstraZeneca և Moderna-ի որոշ խմբաքանակներ
SOCIETYՀայաստանում պիտանելիության ժամկետն ավարտվելու պատճառով խոտանվել են կորոնավիրուսի դեմ AstraZeneca և Moderna պատվաստանյութերի որոշ խմբաքանակներ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրենի տեղակալ, Իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի ղեկավար Գայանե Սահակյանը:
Սահակյանի խոսքով՝ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութերը, ի տարբերություն ավանդական պատվաստանյութերի, հստակ երկար ժամկետներ չունեն: Օրինակ կարմրուկի, կարմրախտի պատվաստանյութը 2 տարի պիտանելիության ժամկետ ունի, գրիպի պատվաստանյութը՝ 1 տարի: «Իսկ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութերը սկզբնական շրջանում ունեին 1 ամսվա պիտանելիության ժամկետ, հետո դարձավ 3 ամիս, հետո՝ 6, այս պահին ունենք նաև 9 ամիս պիտանելիության ժամկետ: Հարցը պետք է դիտարկել այս համատեքստում, նաև, թե պատվաստանյութն արտադրողի մոտից ինչքան շուտ է հասնում երկիր՝ հաշվի առնելով դժվարությունները:
Ապրիլ-մայիս ժամանակահատվածում մեզ մոտ արդեն պատվաստանյութը հասնում էր արդեն 1.5 կամ մաքսիմում 2 ամիս պիտանելիության ժամկետով: Այսինքն՝ այդ ժամանակահատվածում մենք այնքան լավ հանրային իրազեկում պետք է անեինք, պահանաջարկը այնքան լավ պետք է բարձրացնեինք, որ կարողանայինք այդ խմբաքանակը իրացնել ամբողջությամբ»,-ասաց Սահակյանը: Այս համատեքստում խոտանվել է AstraZeneca-ի որոշակի՝ ոչ շատ մեծ խմբաքանակ: Պատվաստանյութի համար պետք է 10 հոգի հավաքվի, սրվակը բացելուց հետո ընդամենը 6 ժամում պետք է օգտագործվի, 6 ժամ հետո, անկախ նրանից, սրվակի մեջ կա, թե ոչ, պետք է խոտանել:
«Ժամկետն ավարտվելու պատճառով ընդամենը 27 հազար AstraZeneca ենք խոտանել հունիսի վերջին: Դա օգնությամբ ստացած պատվաստանյութն էր»,-ասաց Սահակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ստացված AstraZeneca-ն ընդամենը 1 ամսում պետք է օգտագործվեր: Հայաստանում խոտանվել է նաև մոտ նույնչափ Moderna պատվաստանյութ: «Ժամկետը նոյեմբերի 28-ին սպառվում էր, ստացել էինք նոյեմբերի 4-ին: Մինչև բաշխվել են պատվաստանյութեր, հավաքագրվել են մարդիկ, որոշ չափով խոտանվել է»,-ասաց Սահակյանը: Ընդ որում, Սահակյանի խոսքով, Moderna-ն ազգային պահեստում պահվում է -20 աստիճանում, բայց երբ գնաց պոլիկլինիկա, պետք է պահել 2-ից մինչև 8 աստիճանում: «Սակայն նորից -20 հետ բերել չի կարելի: 30 օրը լրացավ, այն պետք է խոտանվի: Հիմնականում դա էր պատճառը, որ չհասցրեցին լրիվ օգտագործել, և որոշակի քանակություն խոտանվեց»,-ասաց նա:
Սահակյանը նշեց, որ հիմա ԵՄ-ն Moderna-ի ժամկետը երկարաձգել է 2 ամսով՝ 6-ի փոխարեն դարձնելով 8 ամիս, Pfizer-ը, Sputnik-ը ևս իրենց ժամկետները երկարաձգել են:Հետազոտություններ են կատարվում, թե ինչքանով արդյունավետ կլինի պատվաստանյութը օրինակ 6 ամիս հետո, եթե գտնում են, որ ևս 2 ամիս կարող են օգտագործել, երկրներին հրահանգ է տրվում:
