VIDEOԱնվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար կոչվածը երկու օր առաջ «Հանրային» ՀԸ-ի եթերում շարունակաբար մանիպուլյացիա էր անում՝ նորից ու նորից Արցախյան բանակցությունների ժառանգության թեման ներկայացնելով։ Այս մասին «2022 թվական՝ Հայաստան․ լինել, թե չլինել» քննարկմանը հայտարարեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը։
«Օրինակ՝ հայտարարում էր, թե 2016-ին ինքնորոշման իրավունքն ինչ-որ չափով նահաջնել է փաստաթղթային բանակցային փաթեթում, ինչը կատարյալ սուտ է։ Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը և Արցախի միջանկյալ կարգավիճակը եղել են Սերժ Սարգսյանի թողած բանակցային ժառանգության հենասյուները։ Ասում են՝ հրապարակեք փաստաթղթերը։ Դուք եք իշխանություն, տղա եք, հրապարակեք»,-ասաց Աշոտյանը՝ դիմելով իշխանությանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր ստում, հիմա էլ ԱԽՔ-ն է ստում, մինչդեռ Արցախյան բանակցությունների մասին բոլոր փաստերը և՛ ԵԱՀԿ քարտուղարությունում, և՛ ԱԳՆ-ում կան։
«Ինչ ուզում եք, հրապարակեք։ Մենք դրանում շահագրգիռ ենք, որովհետև հերթով այդ փաստաթղթերը մտցնելու ենք ձեր աչքը և ժողովրդին բաց տեքստով հերթական անգամ ապացուցելու ենք, որ դուք ծախել եք Արցախյան բանակցային դիրքերը՝ վերից վար՝ Դուշանբեից Վիեննա, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ, ինչպես նաև ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրագործման հարցը»,-ասաց Աշոտյանը։
Անդրադառնալով Լաչինի միջանցքի մասին Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարությնաը, թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» չբացելու դեպքում իրենք էլ Լաչինի միջանցքում կտեղադրեն մաքսակետեր, Աշոտյանը հարց հնչեցրեց՝ իշխանությունում ոչ մեկի մտքով չի՞ անցել Ալիևին հակադարձել, որ Լաչինի միջանցքի կարգավիճակն ամրագրված է նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ, եթե նա ուզում է փոխել դրա շահագործման նկարագիրը, խախտում է նոյեմբերի 9-ի պայմանագիրը։
