70-ական թվականներին, երբ Աջափնյակի կամուրջի կանգառում ավտոբուսի էինք սպասում, և տրանսպորտը գալիս էր 30-40 րոպե ուշացումով, ուղևորները հարձակվում էին եկած ավտոբուսի վարորդի վրա, թե «էս ո՞ւր էիր, մեռանք սպասելով»:
Վարորդն էլ արդարանում էր՝ «ես իմ ժամանակին եկել եմ, խոսացեք նրանց վրա, ով չի եկել»: Եվ այդ արդարացման մեջ որոշակի տրամաբանություն կա՝ ինչո՞ւ մեղադրել նրան, ով իր հնարավորությունների չափով աշխատում է, և ոչ թե նրան, ով ընդհանրապես չի աշխատում:
Այս ամռանը Բաղրամյան փողոցի ցույցերի ժամանակ Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանն էր ցուցարարներին բացատրություն տալիս, թե ինչպես է ՀԷՑ-ում աուդիտ անցկացվելու, երբ և որքան է թանկանալու էլեկտրաէներգիան…
Մենք գտնվում ենք պատերազմի՞, թե՞ հրադադարի մշտական խախտումների իրավիճակում՝ այդ մասին, իմ կարծիքով , հասարակությանը պետք է հայտնեն ոչ թե զինվորականները, այլ քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը, որովհետև պատերազմը քաղաքական խնդիր է:
Բայց քանի որ մեր արտգործնախարարությունն այս հարցում լռում է, իսկ մեր՝ հայաստանցիներիս հիմնական հույսը ՊՆ-ն է, պատերազմի մասին խոսում է այդ գերատեսչության մամուլի խոսնակը»,-գրում է թերթը:
