Ամբողջական պատվաստված ու հետո վարակված անձանցից հոսպիտալացվել է 0.12 տոկոսը․ ԱՆ
SOCIETYՀայաստանում ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստման արդյունքում վարակման ռիսկը նվազում է 3.8 անգամ: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Առողջապահության նախարարության ՀՎԿԱԿ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ, Իմունկանխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի ղեկավար Գայանե Սահակյանը:
«Ըստ մեր գնահատումների՝ դեկտեմբերի 22-ի դրությամբ՝ չպատվաստվածների շրջանում վարակման ռիսկը կազմում է 0.39 տոկոս կամ յուրաքանչյուր 337-րդ դեպքը չպատվաստված անձ է, ինքը ենթակա է վարակման ռիսկի: 2 դեղաչափ պատվաստված անձանց շրջանում վարակման ռիսկը կազմում է 0.08 տոկոս կամ յուրաքանչյուր 1290-րդ պատվաստված անձը ենթակա է վարակման ռիսկի: Այսպիսով` պատվաստման արդյունքում մեր վարակման ռիսկը նվազում է 3.8 անգամ»,-ասաց
Գայանե Սահակյանն ասաց, որ չպատվաստվածների 0.01 տոկոսը կամ յուրաքանչյուր 13867-րդ չպատվաստված անձը ենթակա է ծանր ռիսկի, այսինքն՝ ռեանիմացիայում հայտնվելու, իսկ 2 դեղաչափ ստացածների շրջանում հոսպիտալացման ռիսկը 0.0011 տոկոս է կամ յուրաքանչյուր 94568-րդ պատվաստված անձը: «Համադրության դեպքում կստացվի, որ երկու դեղաչափ ստացածների մոտ ռիսկը 6.8 անգամ նվազ է՝ չպատվաստված մարդու համեմատությամբ, որ ինքը ծանր կլինիկական ընթացքում կհայտնվի ռեանիմացիայում: Հայաստանում վարակվել է առաջին դեղաչափ ստացած անձանց 1.3 տոկոսը, երկրորդ դեղաչափ ստացածների՝ 1.2 տոկոսը, իսկ 2-րդ դեղաչափը ստանալուց 14 օր հետո վարակվել է նրանց 1.1 տոկոսը: Ընդ որում` պատվաստման ենթակա բնակչության 40.8 տոկոսն է ստացել առաջին դեղաչափը, երկրորդ դեղաչափը՝ մոտ 30 տոկոսը: Ամբողջական պատվաստված ու հետո վարակված անձանցից հոսպիտալացվել է 0.12 տոկոսը, իսկ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում է հայտնվել 0.011 տոկոսը»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ դա չնչին տոկոս է:
«Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման ու կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի» վարակիչ ու ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության ն վարչության պետ Ռոմելլա Աբովյանն էլ հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստված է բուժաշխատողների 90.5 տոկոսը: «Հայաստանում 2020 թվականի մարտից մինչև 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերը բուժաշխատողների շրջանում գրանցվել է վարակման ընդհանուր 7481 դեպք, որից 31 տոկոսը կամ 2297-ը կազմում են բժիշկները, 43 տոկոսը կամ 3238-ը բուժքույրերը, 12 տոկոսը կամ 893-ը՝ մայրապետները, այլ աշխատողները՝ 14 տոկոս ամ 1053»,–ասաց նա։
Նա նշեց, որ բարձր հիվանդացություն է եղել հատկապես 2020-ի հոկտեմբերին, որից հետո եղել է դեպքերի նվազում, բայց յուրաքանչյուր ալիքի ժամանակ բնականաբար բուժաշխատողների հիվանդացությունը բարձրացել է:
