Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
Դեկտեմբերի 15-ի բրյուսելյան հանդիպումից հետո Ալիևը հայտարարել էր՝ «Հայաստանն այսօր չգիտի Ղարաբաղը Հայաստա՞ն է, թե՞ ոչ»։ Դրանից ուղիղ մեկ շաբաթ հետո՝ Նիկոլի ասուլիսն այն մասին է, որ Ղարաբաղը գրեթե Ադրբեջան է։ Եվ որպես թուրք-ադրբեջանական շահերին իր հավատարմության նշան, կուլիսային խաղերով փորձում է խաթարել Արցախի Հանրապետության ներքաղաքական փխրուն կայունությունը։ Նման դեպքերում հայ ժողովուրդն ասում է. «գողը, որ տանից չեղավ, եզը երդիկից դուրս չի գա»։
Սրանց (Նիկոլին) կարծես դուր չի գալիս, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքի 25%-ը փրկվել է, և Արցախի ժողովուրդը՝ Հայրենիքի այդ կտորի վրա ապրելով, դեռևս շանսեր ունի շարունակելու պայքարը իր տարածքների ապաբռնազավթման և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման համար։
Փոխարենը՝ փորձում են Արցախում ստեղծել քաղաքական, այնուհետև նաև կառավարման այնպիսի ճգնաժամեր, որպեսզի վաղը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ կամ այլ միջազգային կառույցներ, Արցախի լեգիտիմ իշխանության բացակայության կամ չգոյության պայմաններում, չկարողանան բարձրացնել հակամարտության կարգավորման որևէ հարց։ Որպեսզի ռուս խաղաղապահներն ու ռուսական իշխանությունները Արցախում պաշտոնական շփումներ չունենան, որպեսզի Արցախի ժողովուրդը Արցախում ապրելու վերջին հույսից զրկվի, որպեսզի մեղքը բարդի նաև Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերի և ժողովրդի վրա, որպեսզի Արցախը զրկվի ինքնակազմակերպվելու և ինքնապաշտպանական կարողություններ ունենալու հնարավորություններից և այլն։ Սա է Նիկոլի և Իլհամի հաջորդ համատեղ ցանկությունը։
Փաստացի՝ երբ միջազգային որոշ շրջանակներ ասում են, որ Արցախի հարցը կարգավորված չէ, և պետք է շարունակել բանակցությունները, այն դուր չի գալիս ոչ միայն Ալիևին, այլ նաև Նիկոլին։ Ապացույցը՝ տես Նիկոլի վերջին ասուլիսում։
Հ.Գ. Նախկինում լուրջ չէի վերաբերում, բայց հիմա ինձ շատ է հետաքրքրում, թե ինչպիսի՞ կոմպրոմատ ունեն Ալիևը կամ Էրդողանը Նիկոլի դեմ, որ այսքան ջանասիրաբար հայկական «իշխանություններն» օգտագործվել և օգտագործվում են ընդդեմ Հայաստանի և Արցախի։
