«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Կարևոր ու շատ դրական լուր Արցախից...
Այս օրերին արդեն սկսել ենք բաշխել Ստեփանակերտի նորակառույց բնակարանները տեղահանված և զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին: Այսօր տրամադրել ենք 20 նոր բնակարան, օրեր առաջ՝ 10, իսկ առաջիկա օրերին այդ թիվը կհասնի 100-ի, հունվարին՝ 300-ի: Այս թաղամասերը կառուցվել են «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի և ԱՀ կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ:
Բնակարանների առաջնահերթ շահառուները զոհված զինծառայողների տեղահանված ընտանիքներն են, ինչպես նաև՝ բազմազավակ ու այլ խոցելի տեղահանված ընտանիքները: Ընդ որում՝ այսօրվա 20-ից շուրջ կեսն ընտանիքում ունեն երկու զոհ: Զուգահեռաբար բնակարան ենք տրամադրելու նաև բոլոր շահառու խմբերին, այժմ բնակարանային հարցերի կոմիտեն ակտիվորեն աշխատում է կարիքների ու աշխատանքների արդյունավետ ու օբյեկտիվ համակարգման ուղղությամբ:
Բարի բնակարանամուտ եմ մաղթում այս բոլոր ընտանիքներին, իսկ մնացած շահառուներին՝ համբերություն, և բոլորի բնակարանները աստիճանաբար կտրամադրվեն՝ նախագահ Հարությունյանի կողմից հաստատված ծրագրի համաձայն: Շնորհակալություն բնակարանային ծրագրերի բոլոր աջակիցներին, Հիմնադրամի նվիրատուներին, ՀՀ կառավարությանը, շինարարներին և բնակարանային հարցերի կոմիտեի թիմին:
Որքա՜ն հաճելի էր զգալ այս կրկնակի տուժած ընտանիքների ուրախությունը՝ իրենց նոր օջախների ստացման առթիվ: Սա ուշադրության այն փոքրիկ դրսևորումներից է, որը կարող ենք մենք ցուցաբերել մեր զոհված հերոսների ընտանիքների հանդեպ:
Էլ չասեմ հայրիկին ու պապիկին պատերազմում կորցրած փոքրիկ Մոնիկայի ուրախությունը, երբ բանալիներն անձամբ փոխանցեցի իրեն, իսկ վերջում էլ կարողացա համոզել, որ ականջիս թաքուն ասի, թե ձմեռ պապիկին ուղղված նամակով ինչ է ուզել...»:
