«Ձախողվեց տարատեսակ «օդում կախված լուրերով» քաղաքական հակառակորդներին անվանարկելու՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հերթական փորձը։ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանի՝ 2020 թվականի ապրիլին կատարած գրառումը ՀՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը ճանաչել էր որպես զրպարտություն։ Այսօր արդեն մերժվել է նաև Գևորգյանի ներկայացված վերաքննիչ բողոքը, այսինքն դատարանը հերթական անգամ ճանաչել է զրպարտության փաստն ու պարտավորեցրել նրան հրապարակային հերքմամբ հանդես գալ։
Մասնավորապես, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ, «Պատիվ ունեմ» խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանի կողմից ներկայացված հայցի գործով ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանը՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Մարգարիտա Հարթենյանի, մերժել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանի վերաքննիչ բողոքը և անփոփոխ է թողել ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Լիլիթ Սարգսյանի կողմից կայացված վճիռը, որով հաստատվել էր Մանե Գևորգյանի կողմից իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջով Արթուր Վանեցյանի հասցեին զրպարտիչ տեղեկություններ տարածելու փաստը, դատարանը Մանե Գևորգյանին պարտավորեցրել էր հերքել այդ տեղեկությունները։ Մասնավորապես, դատարանի վճիռն օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին խոսնակը պարտավորեցվել է իր «Mane Gevorgyan» էջում, իր օգտահաշվի միջոցով հրապարակայնորեն հերքել նույն էջում 29.04.2020թ., ժամը՝ 00։00-ին հրապարակված «Թեման ամբողջացնելու համար արձանագրեմ» նախաբանով սկսվող հայտարարությունը՝ հրապարակելով դատարանի կողմից սահմանված հերքման տեքստը հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ. «29.04.2020թ. ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մամուլի քարտուղար Մանե Գագիկի Գևորգյանի կողմից սոցիալական կայքի իր էջում հրապարակվել է «Թեման ամբողջացնելու համար արձանագրեմ» նախաբանով հայտարարություն, որում տեղ են գտել Արթուր Վանեցյանի վերաբերյալ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող, զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տեղեկություններ: Սույնով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մամուլի քարտուղար Մանե Գագիկի Գևորգյանս հերքում եմ Արթուր Վանեցյանի վերաբերյալ ներկայացրած տեղեկությունները և փաստում, որ իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում այդ օրը հրապարակված այն տեղեկությունները, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ում Մ.Մինասյանի փայաբաժինն, օրինակ, առերևույթ պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահմամբ և կրկին կեղծ փայատերերի օգնությամբ ձեռք է բերել ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը։
