Յունիբանկի արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերը ցուցակվեցին Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում

«Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ի Բ դասի փոխարկելի արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերը ցուցակվեցին Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի (AMX) երկրորդային (B) հարթակում:  Արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերը հնարավորություն են տալիս ներդրողին ստանալու հաստատագրված շահաբաժիններ: Յունիբանկի բաժնետոմսերի եկամտաբերությունը կազմում է 12% տարեկան, թողարկման ծավալը՝ մոտ 1,1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ:
 
Ցուցակման գործընթացն էապես բարձրացնում է աժեթղթերի գրավչությունը. ՀՀ օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ բորսայում ցուցակված բաժնետոմսերից ստացվող շահաբաժինները հարկման ենթակա չեն:
Սա Յունիբանկի բաժնետոմսերի երկրորդ թողարկումն է: 2015 թվականին բանկը հաջողությամբ իրականացրել էր բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխում՝ IPO, որի արդյունքում  ավելի քան 200 մանրածախ ներդրողներ դարձան բանկի բաժնետերեր:
 
Լինելով շուկայի ակտիվ մասնակից՝ Յունիբանկն ընդհանուր առմամբ իրականացրել է պարտատոմսերի 18 թողարկում և տեղաբաշխել մոտ 4.3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ և 39.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: 2020 թվականին բանկի դոլարային պարտատոմսերը փոխցուցակվել են Մոսկվայի բորսայում և հասանելի են դարձել Ռուսաստանի մասնավոր ներդրողների համար: CBonds 2021 մրցանակաբաշխությանը Յունիբանկի պարտատոմսերի փոխցուցակումը ճանաչվել է Հայաստանի լավագույն գործարք:  
 
Յունիբանկի արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերի ազդագիրը ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից գրանցվել է 21.05.2021թ.-ին ՀՀ ԿԲ թիվ 1/285Ա որոշման համաձայն: Ներդրողը կարող է ձեռքբերել Ազդագիրը թղթային տարբերակով «Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ի գլխամասային գրասենյակում (ք.Երևան, Չարենցի 12, թիվ 53, 1-5) և մասնաճյուղերում , իսկ էլեկտրոնային պատճենը` www.unibank.am կայքում:
