Շիրակցի գերիների հարազատներին Ամանորի գիշերը Կառավարությունից այդպես էլ ոչ ոք չի ընդունել, նրանք նստացույց են արել ու հեռացել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց գերեվարվածներից մեկի հարազատը։
Գերիների հարազատները Կառավարությունից պահանջում են վերադարձնել իրենց որդիներին։ Ամանորի գիշերը նրանք նստացույց էին արել Կառավարության շենքի դիմաց։ Նրանց ձեռքին կային անգլերենով պաստառներ. «Ադրբեջանը պետք է հարգի միջազգային իրավունքը», «Ազատություն հայ ռազմագերիներին»:
NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նրանք ասել էին, որ երկրորդ Ամանորն է՝ իրենց որդիները գերության մեջ են՝ Բաքվում։
Այս մեկ տարվա ընթացքում 62 գերուց միայն 29-ն է վերադարձվել Հայաստան։
Հիշեցնենք՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, Հադրութի շրջանի Խծաբերդ համայնքը հայկական վերահսկողության տակ էր, սակայն դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Ադրբեջանը հարձակում էր գործել Հին Թաղլար եւ Խծաբերդ համայնքների ուղղությամբ եւ գերեվարել 62 հայ զինծառայողի, որոնք Շիրակի մարզից էին։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել փոխգնդապետ Արսեն Ղազարյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 361-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ մասով, 356-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 376-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով եւ 380-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ ռազմական դրության պայմաններում ծառայության վարն ինքնակամ լքելու, ռազմական դրության պայմաններում հրամանը չկատարելու, ռազմական դրության պայմաններում ծառայության նկատմամբ անփույթ վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելու եւ մարտի ժամանակ մարտադաշտն ինքնակամ լքելու կամ զենքով գործելուց հրաժարվելու հատկանիշներով։
