Ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը պատերազմից հետո  դասեր չի քաղել,  պաշտպանության ոլորտի գահավիժումը  շարունակվում է, իշխանությունները շարունակում են կոտրել բանակի մեջքը։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ազատամարտիկ «Կամավորական շարժում» ՀԿ խորհրդի անամ , պահեստազորի գնադպետ Արտաշես Մխիթարյանը։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է բարձարաստիճան սպաների վարքագծին, կեցվածքին,  պիտի ասեմ ՝ ջայլամի քաղաքականություն են իրականացնում․ գլուխները ավազների մեջ մտած ձևացնում են, թե ոչինչ չի եղել , օրվա հացի խնդիր են լուծում ու հայրենիքի պաշտպանության հարցը շատ չի հետաքրքրում։ Կարելի է ասել, որ սպաները, գնդապետները, գեներալները հայտնվել են այնպիսի իրավիճակում, որ չեն կարողանում իրենց բուն գործառույթները իրականացնեն» ,-ասաց նա։

Պահեստազորի գնդապետի խոսքով՝ 2021 թ-ին պաշտապանության ոլորտի արդեն նախկին բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարների կալանավորումը քավության նոխազի փնտրտուքի արդյունք է։

Արտաշես Մխիթարյանը նաև հիշեցրեց, որ մի կողմից բանակի մեջքն են կոտրում,մյուս կողմից էլ փորձում են պահեստազորի, ազատամարտիկների վրա ճնշումներ  գործադրել, շատ դեպքերում նաև  կալանավորումներով, կեղծ քրեական գործերով, ինպես օրինակ «Սիասական» ջոկատի հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանի դեպքում։

«Այդ գործընթացները լռեցնելու, պայքարը  դադարեցնելու համար են արվում, բայց չի հաջողվելու, հայրենիքի կորստից բացի, ուրիշ բան չունենք կորցնելու», -շեշտեց նա։

Արտաշես Մխիթարյանը նշեց, որ սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացի արդյունքում ավելին ենք կորցնելու։«Այդպես կճանաչեն Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, վերջնականապես կթաղեն Արցախի հարցը»,-եզրափակեց նա։
